Hotel is good, in a good location. It has a shopping mall close-by where you can get some food/coffee/visit stores. The area is very safe, Nestle, BNP, Accenture all have offices nearby. Room was clean, well furnished, spacious. Bathroom was like in the pictures. Overall a nice stay.

The hotel is located in an area outside Milan called Assago, so finding means of transportation to and from Milan is necessary. Note that taxis are expensive. There is a metro line and multiple bus lines that stop right outside the hotel, however on one of the days we were there there was a general strike, so it was either 50EUR for a taxi to Milan (50 to get back as well) or losing a day of your travel. Nothing the hotel could do for this situation, however it is certainly an inconvenience

Perfect location if you have a ticket for an event in the nearby Forum di Assago ( we had a concert): it is literally 10 minutes walk. Very good location also for the metro M2 and the big business park Milanofiori where you have a good choice of shops and restaurants (I recommend having dinner or lunch there because it is again 5 minutes walk). The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Essentials present such as a hairdryer, soap, body moisturizer, shampoo and body wash, and towels. Quite rich breakfast buffet, even if more focused on the typical Italian rather than continental breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I would have expected a fan in the toilet since there is no window. 3€ in the minibar for a 0.5l bottle of water is outrageous (go to the near business park there is a Carrefour and you can easily get 1 for €0.50). I did not need it but since it is a congress center, I would have expected the presence of an iron and an ironing board.

The hotel and the room were beautiful. The staff was helpful. It was close to Forum Assago. I do not say anything bad about NH Milano Congress centre.

It is hard to trust hotels after my horrible experience in Sant'elpidio a mare, Marche. ( That hotel in August, the most horrible hotel I have ever been, AgriturismoGiroDiVento, Via Cerretino 3226, Sant'elpidio a mare, Marche, treated an international tourist badly. It was a dangerous stay, the staff, driver were rude, impolite, threatened my safety. Such awful attitude cannot be justified and forgiven.) I do not say anything bad about NH Milano Congress centre.

Excellent place and staff very courteous. As i was going for a concert at the center across the highway it was absolutely perfect. I managed to get a drink and a snack in the bar afterwards which was great even though effectively ot was passed closing hours. Parking outside was perfect atleast for 24 hours

Since i had along drive of 7 hours when arriving i simply wanted to have room service or restuarant open. Either was not possible. Time to get out of old covid protocols and get back to normal.

Perfect location if you're going to the forum for a gig or an event. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options. Also, the fact that on Sundays breakfast and checkout are until 12noon is great and allow you enough time to sleep and relax if you want to.

Room are noisy. You can hear people walking and talking in the hallway through the door, and you can also hear people in the room next to yours, which can be a bit annoying, but it really depends on people.

The hotel is situated away from the center of the city but was easy to get to by car from the motorway with parking immediately outside of the hotel and parking was free of charge (I am not sure if this is always the case). To get into the city its just a 2 or 3 min walk over pedestrian bridge to the train/subway.. 2 Euros a single ticket to the Duomo etc. and takes about 15/20 mins, very easy and very convenient. The hotel is clean and rooms a decent size, nice beds and the hotel had a reasonable bar and restaurant. The is also a decent shopping center just 1 min walk away for shopping and supplies if needed.

The biggest issue with this hotel is that the rooms are very poorly sound proofed, you can hear so many noises. From the noise of the electronic shutters to the toilets flushing, water in the sinks of other rooms... you can imagine other possible scenarios! This is really something the hotel needs to fix, it was pretty difficult to sleep. To make things worse at 10.30PM a member of staff who was delivering room service, knocked our door and when we said that we had not requested anything he tried to open our door!! Worse still he then proceeded to knock all of the other doors in the corridor.... and then came back to our door and then knocked again!!!!!!

The staff was very helpful and always accomodated our every need. We even needed a late checkout on Sunday as we had a late flight and they did their best to accomodated. Highly satisfied and excellent customer service.

It was mostly a pleasant experience however we did have some technical difficulties with the key card as it kept bugging out.

It's a fine hotel located in Assago, which is the last station of the city metro. A great option if you don't need to be located in the city center. Great value for the money.

Actualy this is not a negative comment but a praise. We had a room on the first floor and our neighbours came in the middle of the night obviously drunk and very noisy. The next day we complained to the receptionist and asked for another room. They apologized for the incovinience, gave us a room on the fifth floor and moved our luggage themselves. It was a good example how a guest should be treated. I really reccomend this hotel and will definitely come again.

Location was great for what we needed, parking was available, breakfast was wonderful.

We stayed on the first floor and it was super noisy, we were close to some kind of entrance, so I guess guests were using it to go from one part of the hotel to another and even late at night or early in the morning it was very noisy because people were talking, laughing etc. That was the only disappointing aspect. The rest was great.

The Nhow hotel was very nice. The design of the hotel is very modern and fancy. Fabulous breakfast, as I rarely had the opportunity.

Our accomodation was moved to another NH hotel, due to he low occupancy. The new hotel (Nhow) was closer to the center, but more far from the metro station and the parking was not free as specified in our initial reservation. Fortunatelly the receptionist solved the problem and offered us free parking.
