We stayed here as it was close to another location we were visiting so the location was convenient for our needs. We liked to spaciousness of the hotel that gave us a lot of in and outdoor options to relax in besides our room. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

There were often large tour groups traveling through that stopped for meals making the restaurant staff overwhelmed. Best to make reservations for lunch and dinner. The breakfast on the other hand was absolutely wonderful with ample seating and delicious buffet options.

Family run hotel. Could be 4 stars The park , park of the monsters, 16th century, well worth seeing, we booked same hotel name, same dates, but booking dot com. Changed from Orvieto to Attigliano, funny but this one was probably better, we took the train to Orvieto only 20 minutes away,

It's uphill to the station if it was wet, trouble. Taxi too far away, and B dot com changing the booking,

The hotel is ideally located extremely close to the motorway and yet with no disturbance from road noise. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was included and offered a good choice of food and drink. The TV in the room had WiFi access and a good selection of options.

This isn't a complaint but simply an observation. We chose to eat in the hotel in the evening, and whilst the choice and quality of food were both good, the service was a little slow although extremely friendly. It wasn't a big issue but one worth being aware of.

We stayed in this hotel to break up a long drive from Naples to Milan, and this hotel suited that purpose very well. It's modern, very clean, has all the amenities you'd expect from a business hotel, and an excellent and helpful staff. We did not try the restaurant, as we arrived too late, but the complementary breakfast the next morning was excellent, although the coffee came from a machine (still decent, though). Access from the autostrada can't be beat, you exit and it is sitting right there in front of you. Plenty of free parking, and a nice pool.

You wouldn't necessarily choose this hotel for tourism in Umbria, the location is quiet enough, despite being right next to the autostrade, but the immediate neighorhood is just the edge of a modern small town, nothing in particular to see, and not very walkable. There are also not very many restauraunts or bars in the vicinity, although there seem to be plenty within 10km or so.

Although the building is old, the rooms are newly decorated. Room size, cleaning and decoration is very good. Very convenient location while back from Rome. Hundred meters from Highway. Breakfast is continental, serving also salty foods, not only sweets. Food in restaurant is also good.

It would be nice if they re-decorate the reception area and restaurant , same as their rooms.

Staff were very accommodating. Breakfast good value. We stayed here because of convenient location. We were attending a wedding at a villa in the nearby countryside. Accommodation options limited.

Flexibility on pool opening - Temperatures above 30 degrees but pool not scheduled to open until week following our stay.

The location was excellent right off the freeway and the very town has a self serve laundry and market. Excellent location. Beds were better than many others, room was clean and staff were helpful. Free breakfast and free parking are definitely a plus.

Air conditioning didn’t work very well. Odd considering it was pretty warm outside.

Right next to the highway exit, easy to find. Modern amenities in the room. Decent Italian breakfast buffet.

Restaurant dinner service was slow and the food was unimpressive and very salty. Coffee at breakfast was from a machine and wasn't the best.

The perfect place to wind down after a day in hot weather on the motorbike. The room was clean and cold, as was the beer. The swimming pool was the perfect way to loose the heat from a full day on the bike in 37°. We had a very good dinner with a very nice reasonably priced wine. And the staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is next to the autostrada, but the rooms are really quiet.

Conveniently located off the A1 exit.Can be seen from the highway.Free parking with plenty of spaces. Good sized double room, neat and tidy. Noticed a bit of upgrade for breakfast and we appreciated it.Had enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant too.
