It has been a nice 2 night stay for us and everything was working as it should be. Staff are friendly, room was good and everything was working as it should be. Spa was under maintenance but they have informed us before going there plus we were not after Spa anyway.

What I am going to mention here is just for them to improve upon if they want to nothing that is compulsory; Firstly the sockets in the room are not normal EU size as my travel adapter didn't connect. I think Italy has slightly different connectors that is very similar to EU.

We travelled in October staying 1 night prior to our departure from PMO early am. The town and area was very quiet but for us it was perfect.

We could see that the town is undergoing a major infrastructure upgrade. I would like to come back and see it again once done

The breakfast is awesome. The room was big an nicely decorated. We were Just disapointed about the supposed seaview from our room that we had booked on booking. The breakfast is served close to the swimming pool wich as a nice seaview so we enjoyed the place anyway.

No seaview in our room. In fact our room didnot have any seaview and no other equivalent room were available when i ask to the room service. The other one that they propose to gave us instead was a lot smaller and had no real seaview. Si we chose ton station in the first one. We had especially paid for that in booking so it was a deception but everything else was perfect and we enjoyed our stay here anyway.

Amazing experience, serviced and always everyone caring about our needs and checking our comfort and stay! Definitely recommended!

The staff was very helpful and competent. The room was very spacious, bed quite comfortable, soft towels. The views from the breakfast and pool were beautiful.

Its definitely not a 4-star hotel! The room was outdated. The shower holder was broken, the drain in the shower did not drain properly the water, tiles broken and not really clean. The toilet flushing system was defective. The air conditioning system is built in the rooms system (not a single separate device), it was very noisy and the temperature control not efficient. It also looked dirty, full of dust and the air in the room was for sure not clean.

Asked for sea view and got side sea view.

The room was clean and there was a fridge in the room.

First of all you write with capital letters luxury spa hotel, but you have to pay extra for the spa. Second of all the pool in the pictures is a tiny swamp with no more than 3 m2 - I mean if two small kids go in it is a crowd. I assume that was the manager, bumped into to me and didn't even excused himself. And the worst thing of all - the breakfast is a disaster. No eggs - none - nada ,very poor choice of bread, cheap juice and no milk for the cereal. I mean this hotel doesn't deserve the rating that it has.
