Our host Teresa was very helpful and flexible. The location is optimal, at the border between the old historical center and the modern area with shopping streets, to explore Bari by foot. Breakfast ordered on site was conveniently available in the fridge and fresh supplies of croissants/cakes/toast was delivered fresh in the morning. Appartement is quite large and modernized with traditional style in mind.

The noise from the lively street at night, especially in the weekends. Not suited for people having difficulty in falling asleep. Not a problem for neither of us five though.

Location is excellent, the owner was helpful and responsive. The kitchen was adequate. It is rustic but resaonablly comfortable

We would have appreciated being told that the building was being renovated, there is scaffolding out the front and an apartment inside under renovation. It made finding the place more difficult and at times the street was blocked by trucks. The bathroom door wouldn't closed, and the handle was falling off.

The apartment was even better than the pictures! Staff was very helpful and kind. The location is perfect. Right at the entrance to the Old Town. Highly recommend!

Everytjing about this apartment made our first trip with baby feel easy! The location was great and host was super helpful, making sure that we had yogurt for our 9mo daughter's breakfast and that we had breakfast early before our flight. The small kitchette meant we could make baby some food and store it in the fridge. The apartment was super clean so baby could crawl and explore freely.

There was a vent in the bathroom that is obviously shared and we could smell a neighbors cigarette smoke. Easily fixed by closing the door to the bathroom when not in use.

It is a perfectly located, spacious and clean apartment. Located in the middle of all the attractions, 10-15 mins from train station & Murat district, 5-6 mins walk to Bari Vecchio, 3-4 mins to Piazza del Ferrarese. Next time I visit Bari, without a hesitation I will stay L’Officina again.

Nothing to mention, it was an overall pleasant stay.

The apartment was very comfortable, spotless clean and the location couldn't be better. The bathroom is very big and comfortable. The host is very attentive and everything is well looked after. She makes sure you have what you need!!! Communication with the host is done manly via Wattsapp. She responds very quickly. Breakfast is fresh very good with variety. any changes will be done with ease.

It can be noisy during the night from the street below.

I highly recommed this accommodation. Very good location in the city, clean, good service and communication with the owner. The stylist vintage equipment.

The room was without a balcony. The room has only roof windows without a possibility of a view.

Nicely decorated apartment Vespa on first floor with 2 balconies on street. Authentic elements and 4-5 m high ceilings. Located near intersection of main bus connection and mail luxury shopping street, at the old time side. Our host provided parking details and we chose Park & Ride with free bus connection.

We liked everything! The apartment was very clean, it was equipped with the essentials:water in the fridge, coffee, tea. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Every morning they offered us warm croissants. Also, the location couldn't be better. Everything was very near to the apartment (supermarkets, restaurants, coffe shops).

Breakfast was very good, local fresh products ( cheese, salami, pasticiottos, muffins, milk.. ). The Vespa apartament is spacious and comfortable, well equipped, spotless clean. The owners go to great lengths to make your stay memorable.

It can get somewhat noisy at night but for such a central location it s quite natural.
