Free airport shuttle. Convenient location if you just need to sleep close to airport. Very clean. Nice beds and lovely shower. Great pillows. Lots of space. Outlets beside bed. Easy to adjust room temperature. All in all a great room. I asked for a late check out, that was no problem at all. Thanks.

Be aware you might have to call several times to get through on the phone number, for the airport shuttle. I tried 5 times before I could reach them. The breakfast is pretty scarce. The scrambled eggs where empty for the whole time I had breakfast. In general it does not live up to international standards at all. The service at the hotel bar was not very friendly. After waiting for 10 minutes without anyone showing up, I had to go into the restaurant and ask a waiter there, if he could send someone to attend the bar.

The staff was very friendly, spotless clean, facilities were a big plus, the gym, pool and spa were great to spend remaining time on a rainy day. Rooms were modern, clean and confortable, we liked it a lot The shuttle service (24h) is a big big plus. To go to town you got the train or taxi.

The only downside is that the restaurant opens at 8pm for dinner and not before. Not many choices in the surrounding area, had to order delivery to avoid late dinner (very early flight in the morning)

Quite rooms with really comfortable beds and a good selection of pillows. There's a gym, pool and spa, with great masseuses. Close to the Bari ferry as well, secure underground parking. It basically checks all the marks one would need for a 1 night sleep-over before continuing your trip.

The overall energy of the staff was "business only", both morning and evening reception shift workers greet you without a smile and stick to check-in/payment questions, restaurant staff was just running around without any greetings at all. Speaking of the restaurant, it under-performed both with dinner, breakfast and atmosphere - it's your standard hotel food, prepped beforehand and then re-heated as the guests are ordering. There's no music, and it's an open-style area that is cold and uninviting, with no paintings, flowers or anything. Just a table, sit, eat, go.

The best thing about Parco dei Principi hotel is the little caffè (tavola calda) outside on the corner called ' Le Bontà Pugliesi' where they do you a delicious lunch for 9 euros. Also spectacular is the health club, the unusual hot tub, the room quality and the service. No bacon, bubble and squeak or fried tomatoes in the breakfast, but within the bounds of what you might expect in Italy, it's lovely. The rooms have CNN and BBC News and great a/c. Also there is an excellent shuttle service from the airport terminal (departures level only).

The most annoying thing about Parco dei Principi hotel is that they don't tell you about the little tavola calda outside on the corner where they do you a delicious lunch for 9 euros. In fact the hotel reception staff told me that the 'Le Bontà Pugliesi' did not exist and anyway wasn't a good place for lunch. How wrong they were. The hotel is also not very well connected - particularly at night when the route to the metro station ('Europa'- 6 minutes away) is not lit and feels quite dangerous. The last metro train back to the hotel from central Bari is 23:06 which rather restricts your options for dinner in town.

Easy access to airport and highways . Lovely pool and spa facilities. Staff ok

Rubbish breakfast lots of sweet cakes very poor ingredients such as cheeses and meats . All very pre-packed commercial standard. Pity as puglia has great food. Need a car as nothing outside hotel, very much a short stay hotel not for holiday makers.

It really did offer what it said on the tin. The free shuttle worked very well the staff were efficient. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The spa was excellent with a lovey swimming pool. Check the opening times of the Spa to make sure they work around flights! Family group coming from different places before or after a holiday . Ideal place to meet.

Pool and gym could be open earlier before breakfast!

Near airport with excellent relaxation facilities. On site parking and great staff. Decent restaurant with good selection. Great for business or overnight short stay.

Breakfast is not great very boring. Bath room maintenance was not addressed during my 3 night stay (bidet leaking badly) The surrounding area has no attraction therefore a car is a must have.

The location in the center of Matera was beautiful and convenient for touring the city. The room were fairlty spacious and in very good condition. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The only thing missing was there wase not an iron and ironing board in the room and the hotel had only one set to share. They did accomodate us to get our closed sent out to iron, but it was fairly expensive.

Better than expected. We had a really early flight out of Bari and didn't want to have to deal with the car rental place before our flight so the convenient proximity to the airport and easy free shuttle back and forth allowed me to drop off the car the night before streamlining our shuttle drop off in the morning. It was a very quick stay but the premise was clean, new, well taken care of and quiet. So much better than expected and helped for a smooth departure.

If I was actually wanting to spend a few days getting to know Bari and sight see, this wouldn't be the hotel I would choose. It is definitely an airport hotel and not really close to anything worth seeing. You would require a car to get to anything notable. But if you are at the end of your stay and looking for an easy place to transition, this is it!

The hotel is located very close to Bari airport - walking distance of about 15 minutes but they offer a free shuttle service. The rooms are very clean, offer plenty of space and the beds are comfortable. The food is also good. Reception staff is good and they take good care of your needs.

The way in which the restaurant is set up is not very inviting. There is no music, waiters could be more jovial. It feels a bit hostile as if you need to eat quickly and leave as soon as possible. The rooms feel a little outdated and the dark brown carpets would definitely need changing. Dinner cannot be served outside on the terrace and the tables there are quite dirty.
