We had a very comfortable stay. The staffs are nice. The hotel room is big with 2 separate rooms. Breakfast is also good, with the price we pay, our stay in this hotel is indeed a good value for money. It is a three star hotel, so you can expect a 3-star quality: clean and nice smelling room, available (eco) toiletries, good quality breakfast - every morning I can smell in our room freshly baked bread!) We noticed that there are quite some families with kids that stay in this hotel.

The hotel is outside the city center of Bologna, so you need to travel when visiting the main spots of Bologna. There is a bus (Bus 25) that goes directly and stop in front of the hotel, but make sure to plan before going so you do not end up waiting in the bus stop, especially on rainy weather.

Property was a great price and the included breakfast was a bonus. Hotel is dated, but it is very clean. While it is not a central location, the bus stop is directly outside, so very easy to get into town. Staff were friendly and we got a room upgrade :)

I would say due to the age of the building there was no soundproofing whatsoever - we could hear everyone coming and going in the restaurant room for breakfast as well as some very loud neighbours which did ruin the experience

Well, the hotel is quite good in general! The breakfast was tasty: cornflakes, yogurts, ham, cheese, and pasrty. The selection of beverages: water, coffee (several types), tea, and hot chocolate. I wouldn't say that it was versatile. It was quite adequate and sufficient) I would like to add that the staff were very sweet to us)

The room itself wasn't too satisfying. The floor was a bit dirty, the condition of furniture is more or less satisfactory. The bed wasn't very comfortable, but still ok)

The room was very clean and had everything we needed, even a little fridge and freezer. The staff was very nice all the time. They even booked us a taxi to the airport and gave us the breakfast in the night before even though we left at 4AM and the breakfast starts at 7AM. Also the location was very good because it was just a 10min drive by bus to the center of bolonha with a taxi and bus stop right next to the hotel.

There was a strange smell in the corridors and the carpet in the corridors was not very clean.

Limited savoury options for breakfast if you have any dietary restrictions (halal food in my case) Weak signal for the free Wi-Fi in my room, so the connection speed was very inconsistent

It was good in general (overall). They have dedicated, rather big parking space right behind the hotel. The breakfast was very nice with variety of things to make your mouth joyful.

The location of the Hotel's Parking Lot might be confusing. If you make a straight line to the south from the hotel and another straight line west to 'Ristorante Al Cambio', you will see the point where these 2 lines meet and that's the parking lot.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good, location excellent for ease to main routes through Italy. Easy parking.

The only thing I didn't like was the roof was excessively perfumed with some kind of air freshener, it was over powering and unnecessary.

The room was as described and certainly large enough for one person. Breakfast was good and plentiful

The shower cubicle was a little small for the larger type gentleman, but otherwise bathroom was fine

It was fairly clean, at breakfast you had plenty of choices and the staff was amazing. Very helpful and thoughtful. There was free parking, though it wasn't very easy to find it.

The building was a little outdated, but I loved the built in radio at the top of the bed.

Well-situated little hotel that is easy to get to by car with a private parking lot offering a good breakfast with excellent coffee. Very kind reception staff, explained transport to the city and why to avoid going by car. Same goes for the kind and efficient sole waiter at breakfast who brought us extra cold milk for our coffee.

Light sleepers might want to avoid rooms facing a busy road to the Bologna city centre.
