Very good location with huge free parking space in the property.Very close to the bus station. You can take the bus for visiting Bologna and takes 15 minutes for the center of Bologna (piazza Maggiore) without worries for your rental.Very friendly staff with perfect restaurant .in the moment we arrived the receptionist offering us a coffee free of charge and we enjoy it in the garden of the property. We didn’t enjoy the breakfast because we left very early in the morning for the airport. The room was very clean also the bathroom is very good equipped. It is ideal place for visiting Bologna without car. We will return in our next vacations. Ps the motorway is very close but the room it is soundproof and we did not lessen the noise.

This sprawling prioerty was not really a hotel. but a convention center with some rooms. I got lost twice in te dark, but found my wa. The staff that evening were just the best. Patient while the facility was jamming with conferees. I a a Concierge and an avid lover of trees and I was heartily impressed. My only regret Is that I left in the dark and never got to know the gardens. Complimenti Aretusi!

The Villa is located in a nice little park in a rather normal, suburban neighbourhood close to the highway and some high-traffic streets. The room we had was clean, the bathroom spacious and the breakfast decent - speaking as a barbarian from north of the Alps accustomed to other breakfast-standards :) The restaurant was closed as we arrived but it's rooms looked very nice. The city centre of Bologna can be reached via bus nearby or by car in a few minutes.

The pillow was as close to a piece of wood as it might get :)

The location is very good. The gardens are very nice, and the property is very well maintained. It is at stone throw (walking sistance) from very good restaurants, if you don't want to eat in the hotel's, which I did not try because it is closed on Sunday night. I really recommend "La Carriola"

The bed was not so good, however, I think it is a kind of pattern in Italy for these kind of accomodations.

this villa was the most pleasant surprise during our two week stay in Italy. A very nice villa, brilliantly optimized. The room and bathroom are very spacious. Everything is adapted to people with special needs. Maybe it will mean something to someone, so I will also write the following - For all those who rent a car, like us, there is a pump, McDonald's, and most importantly - the airport is very close, just a minute from this villa. Also, right in front of the villa there is a bus stop, which made it much easier for us to organize after leaving the rental car. The staff was very kind to guide us about the smallest details related to transportation and visiting the city. since we left the accommodation early, so as not to skip breakfast, a prepared breakfast was waiting for us at the reception the night before. kudos to the staff of this hotel.

The Villa itself great, a little island in a big town. Easy to access to the rooms, the restaurant is really good.

The location is not the best if you are working and need to get to a place for a certain time; as the Bologna taxis are not perfectly reliable, it can be a problem.

Easy access. Huge rooms. A/C working perfectly. Well isolated from noise outside. Overall - perfect stay for a family on tour to south. I'm pretentious, but everything was ideally clean. No hair, dust, bugs or anything. Perfectly clean! As a welcome there were two bottles of highly appreciated cold pure water in fridge.

You would never know this was not in the country. Beautiful but very old place that belonged to a painter 400 years ago. Expect old and you are ok! Restaurant was amazing and they had 2 to choose from. Staff was great! Prettiest bird song we’ve ever heard.

No elevator. At least we were only on the second floor.

we love the garden; they offer more than just the room. restaurant, parking, all light in the built full garden, water fountains, you need to be there to appreciated. can getting any better than this. 😘

Because we are stay on the day everyone off, no one there and no food. 😂

The area is great, it's like a classic Italian villa but in town, the in-house restaurant is great.

It's a little bit complicated to get to the Fiera, but not impossible.
