Nice place and the building of hotel. Original stile and design.

Not very attentive staff concerning help with parking: when you come in the hotel at 4.0. a.m. and spend 20 minutes just to leave your car it’s too much as you have just some hours for sleeping at the same time when reception is absolutely empty however the person at reception don’t control were or not we’re opened the gaps of parking. So you should leave car and go to reception the second time ask to open the hotel parking. In the bathroom: for me was uncomfortable to use warm water as it was or too hot or too cold. It’s better to regulate this aspect in future that will be more graduation between hot and cold water when you use a bath.

The location is great, even it's not in the center of Bologna but near to the bus and train station. Restaurant down stair of the hotel is very good. Trees on the yard and carpark give peaceful mind. The community around the hotel is very friendly. Staffs are gentle and helpful. Bars, bakeries, ice-cream shops, pharmacy and supermarket and a beautiful park are in the walking distance.

You may consider to change the carpets on the corridors and inside the room. It's not critical for quality but better carpet would make the room and corridor brighter.

Good location very close to the train station of Casalecchio. Very comfortable and spacious room for two with all amenities. Products in the shower were superb. The beds are extra comfortable so I could take good rest after attending Olivia Rodrigo’s concert. Taxis are available on request and the Unipol arena and shopping area are only 15 minutes drive away. The fridge was well furnished. Unfortunately we had to leave early and couldn’t try breakfast.

There are no buses available from Unipol arena to casalecchio so we had to walk back from the concert for forty minutes on a desert route

Excellent hotel. I traveled with my (large) dog and we were made to feel very welcome. Location is perfect with the car, not having to drive into a city center, close to the highway. Plenty of parking in front and next to the hotel. Garden with fountain in front. My room was spacious and clean (I had the simplest one and this was already very good), bathroom not too big but perfect equipped and with nice toiletries. Wifi good and easy accessible. I had a pasta in the restaurant, the restaurant manager was top notch; my dog was 'of course!' also welcome, he brought a big bowl of water and he and all his staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast very good, lots of choice, I left for the rest of my trip rested and happy. A bonus was the park almost next to the hotel with a small fenced dog park in it. Overall absolutely recommended, especially for people travelling with a dog.

The reception staff didn't match the service level of the restaurant manager and staff. Although they were definitely adequate and polite, the welcoming feeling I had at the restaurant wasn't quite matched at the reception desk.

Responded to all my questions fully prior to arrival. Welcomed by Donato at Reception and made to feel at home and relaxed by all the staff. Perfect location for work, excellent free wifi connection, absolutely charming property which was absolutely immaculate. Gardens very pretty and chairs and tables available to sit outside and next to the fountain where the staff were pleased to deliver aperitivi! Bedroom was with balcony and although small was absolutely perfect for a single traveller - bathroom was small but perfect and the towels were soft, clean and white! Restaurant food was superb and the white parfait is literally to die for ... I could have eaten those until breakfast! Overall excellent.

My only wish is for a tiny swimming pool - that would have made this hotel the most perfect! Although pool facilities were offered at another hotel some 14 kms away

This nice hotel is located outside Bologna historic area but closer to the airport. Value for money is very good. With very friendly staff, free parking and modern facilities it is a great recommendation if you are travelling for a few days or for an overnight stay near the airport (less than 15 minutes drive on a Saturday morning). It features a very nice restaurant with great regional food and wines with reasonable prices

Very convenient place for car travellers. Easily accesible from the major highway, own free parking so you don't have to take care on one of serious issues when travelling to Bologna or generally to most of italian cities. The hotel is well maintained, equipped and has a very nice restaurant, cosy for eating both inside and outside. Breakfast was superb, great choice of different items, sufficient for various dietary habits. Would recommend it to anyone who travels around Italy and needs the resting point in the vicinity of the city and a highway.

It is not the real complain but in order to check out the center of Bologna, like Piazza Maggiore, you need to go by either your car or any other mean of the public transport which will be taking not less than 30 minutes.

Great alternative to staying in Bologna. On a quiet side street and only 5 minutes walk to supermarket, restaurants and railway station. Hotel is a modern building, comfortable and everything worked as it should. Good selection for breakfast too.

There was nothing that I did not like.

Everything. A nice stop. Specially the food -- must try the panacotta al basilico e pomodori. I will.come back for this. The hotel is really well-maintained, clean and service is exceptional. Bed is comfy, location is quiet and calm. Wish we could stay 2 nights.

Maybe they could serve better coffee for breakfast. Everything is great, food is delicious and many choices.except the coffee from the DIY coffee machine 😅

Really quiet and nice hotel. Super comfortable bed, great bathroom and shower. All clean. Really enjoyed my dinner, it exceeded my expectations. Fantastic service!

Breakfast is typical Italian which makes sense because we are after all in Italy! But my coffee was cold, both times. This needs improvement.
