Everything in the hotel was exactly like in the pictures. The room was very nice, clean (cleaned every day, new towels,). The view was nice. The breakfast room had a good vibe, with a view on the lake, really good selection of food. We didn't try the pool but went to the lake - there are some sun beds right in front of the hotel (across the street). There are no restaurants, shops etc. nearby but there is a bus that goes around the lake so you can just jump in and go to the nearest town (bus stop is right in front of the hotel). You can also eat at the hotel - the food is ok, pizza was really nice.

No affordable taxis - but this applies to the whole area - the staff were very nice and tried to help us.

The room was great and very clean, with a fabulous view of the lake. The bar in the front lobby was nice, as well as the pool area, and the large dock over the water. The breakfast was phenomenal. The staff was very helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the toilet paper was just little squares instead of a continuous role. But that is definitely not something that would stop us from staying there again.

Although it was already mentioned at the time of booking so it wasn't a surprise for us, but the reception was kind enough to let us check out at 11 am without any questions asked (so actually a plus for staff and a minus for hotel policy) No mini refrigerator in the room

My friends and I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The view of the lake and private pool were stunning. The rooms were spacious, bright, and spotless. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of delicious options, both sweet and savory, along with a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and drinks. All of this at a reasonable price. We'll definitely return if we're back in that part of Italy. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The hotel offered a delightful experience overall, though there was one minor concern with the thin walls. While the walls didn't provide significant sound insulation, the fellow guests were exceptionally polite and quiet, contributing to a relatively peaceful ambiance. For those who are exceptionally light sleepers, I might suggest considering earplugs as a precaution.

Great value for money. Convenient location with a scenic view of the lake and mountains as well as a cycle path along the lake. Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room with a balcony. Delicious breakfast with a lovely choice of food. Great facilities with the outdoor pool, car park, small pier with sun loungers and possibility of renting a bike for free (there is a lovely restaurant by the lake a few minutes walk along the lake). Very late check in with no hassle. Live music on Saturday

Nearly got charged for parking at the check out (the advert said it was free and we weren't informed at the check in). The rooms decor could do with an update.

Staff were excellent, Simone makes brilliant cocktails and has many specials! Room was clean and spacious, felt looked after at the hotel and breakfast was brilliant each morning, lovely views of the lake too

There was nothing we didn’t like

The bed was super comfortable, also they served extra pillows. We really had a good sleep. The breakfast was top! A lot choices of sweets and salty. The location was not crowded unlike when you go to the beach. You can definitely have a peaceful vacation.

They only have 1 small elevator and no mini bar/fridge in the room. No supermarket nearby or else you have to go by car or bus. I thought the bike was totally free but only for 2 hours use then you have to pay 5euro per hour that I think a bit too much.

Very good location, with nice sunset view and in the middle between major tourist attractions. Great variety of breakfast options included in room price. Excellent cost/value ratio. Spacious parking. Swimming pool and private jetty.

Hotel is rather old now and might require some major re-decoration soon. However, taken into account high cleanliness and very good service it is a minor issue.

Quiet surroundings, helpful staff, and excellent views. Detailed room cleaning. Limited parking places, but excellent management of space. Try the underground garage first. Great breakfast options in this price range. Bar offers decent drink choices at very attractive prices.

No real lunch/dinner options, neither in the hotel or immediate vicinity - try Casteletto. Parking can get tricky after 6Pm and you may find yourself blocked if you are planning for early morning departure.

Room was clean, but the bathroom is very small. Good is that have a bidet. The key holder is very heavy and uncomfortable. There aren't a fridge in the room. The view from room was very nice. Not all rooms have lake view. The hotel has free car parking and garage. We didn't have time to taste the food. We would visit that place again. Thank you!
