Good location, very close to the lake but not that close that they Cars on the road bother you are night. Breakfast is simple but good. Rooms are clean and large enough. Luigi helps you with everything. You can ask for cuttelry, plates, glasses. There is a fridge and a microwave.

Shower water shoots quite hard out of the showerhead. Shower cabin is small but big enough for u. Can imagine that when you are big this is too small. There were a lot of mosquitos.

Super friendly host, speaks Italian, German and English. Very nice. Amazing breakfast. Hotel was a bit old, but super clean. I went to the opera in Verona and came back in the middle of the night which was no problem. Nice location, less than 100 meter away from the lake, beach and a bar. Small walking distance from multiple supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

Wonderful quiet peaceful hotel. Great location - close to shop, bars, pizzerias and beaches, yet far enough away from the road that traffic doesn't get in the way. Bus stop a 3 minute walk away. Pleasant staff. Surprise from the owner at check out!

Breakfast is standard, practically the same every day, minimum variety. Almost no fruits, modest choice of products.

Luigi is fantastic host, always with smile. Breakfast is great and plentyfull. Location great and quiet, 40m from lake. Great parking space for many cars and trailers. Everything was spacious and clean.

An excellent hotel that deserves more stars. Breakfast is good and filling, I ate pie every day with pleasure. Kind and helpful owner who helped me out 2 times when I asked to change the booking dates due to problems with logistics and bus schedule. Luigi, thank you! Rooms on both sides of the hotel are excellent, either with balcony and lake view or mountain view. My room was not big, but comfortable for one person and clean. All week it was about +30, it is comfortable to sleep even without a fan, if you completely close the window for the whole day and open it at night. City bicycles are good, you can take them any day, but they are comfortable to ride only on asphalt. The location is good, next to a bus stop and a few cafes, but I usually took only gelato there. I liked Malcesine most of all for lunch and dinner, where there are more cafes and restaurants.

Great location, few steps from the lake. Clean, nice staff, balcony with nice lake view. Decent breakfast. Parking in the garden.

we loved balcony with sea view, good breakfast, parking space, comfy bed, cleanness. The garden was very nice. Supermarket is in walking distance.

the only thing that I can add to this property to make it more comfortable, is electric kettle, in room or public space.

The hotel territory in reality is much more beautiful than on the photos (if you travel during warm season). We really enjoyed our stay! The view is just awesome and most of the hotel residents are just sitting on their balconies and enjoy the view :)
