This a fabulous, friendly, family run boutique hotel. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom room/apartment was perfect, spacious, very clean and smart. The staff couldn't do enough to help. No request was too much trouble. They ran us up and down to the town and lifts as often as we required. Ski hire and return was also a dream, organised by the hotel. Breakfast is delivered to the room each day in a wooden crate. This was fab. Lovely fresh bread, croissants, ham, cheese, fruit juice, yogurts, eggs, milk etc. And you could adjust the order each day to suit what you liked. It was really nice to eat this in the apartment lounge and look over the mountains outside. The hotel bar was also a lovely place to relax. There is a restaurant, which unfortunately we didnt use, simply because we had previously booked restuarants in the town, but it looked and smelt very good. Plus there is a spa and big outside jacuzzi (with fab views). The ski slope was also just a 2 minute walk making ski in and ski out really easy. An outstanding hotel.

I cannot recommend La Cresta Chalet enough! My friends and I were there for a long weekend and had the best stay. The hospitality was amazing and we were taken care of the whole time while there. The 24 hours shuttle service is amazing, the amenities from the room, sauna, ski lockers and kitchens are exactly what you need for an fun ski in ski out trip. As someone who has stayed in Breul Cervinia and always closer to town I was a little nervous being up he hills bit more, but the constant shuttle service and the fact you just ski down to the first lift makes it a non issue. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, you get a really cozy family vibe as it is a family run hotel and the owner Bruce along with his wife, son and the rest of the staff make everything so enjoyable! I wish I could have stayed longer! Also the other clientele there were respectful too, it's clear La Cresta attracts a family/30's+ crowd. TLDR is if you have a bit more budget and want an amazing experience that allows you to be comfortable, apres and get all over cervinia stay at La Cresta!

The junior suite for two was very spacious, comfortable and with a well equipped small kitchenette for breakfast. Modern design yet warm and cozy. The entire staff was very welcoming and helpful and really made our short stay a wonderful experience. The hotel restaurant for dinner was surprisingly good. The set menu was relatively limited with only 2 choices per course, but of very good quality.

The only thing missing for us was a bit of fresh fruits and vegetables for breakfast, but otherwise the breakfast was very generous and conveniently served to the room.

Bruce was the perfect host and ready with advice when needed. The staff couldn’t have done any more for us and Fillipo makes great cocktails. Breakfast baskets provided every day were superb. Perhaps the addition of some fresh fruit options would be an added bonus. Kitchens are perfectly adequate to cook in for a night or two, ask for any additional equipment you might need. Like many hotels up the slope out of the village they run a lift service to and from the village which was faultless and very prompt. The sauna/spa and gym areas were perfect.

Possibly could have a had a little more explanation on the room facilities when checking in. However, it isn’t difficult to ask for help if necessary.

La Creasta Challet is an excellent ski lodge: it is pretty new, located just besides the slope (ski-in and ski-out) and the staff goes out of their way to give you the home-away feeling. The owner Bruce was always very helpful and ready to go out of his way to make every aspect of our holiday comfortable. The barmen Danny was mixing excellent cocktails and open to chat by the bar. The driver crew was taking as everywhere and back, even 9km out of town at the expense of the hotel. Everybody was always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast products to the room was great, in fact that was the best breakfast in any Italian hotel I've ever stayed.

WiFi is a bit slow, yet ok, but the whole system to get/use WiFi was very inconvenient and should be improved.

Loved the chalet - so nicely presented with spa and lounge bar areas… the appartment was nicely laid out, and the breakfast and room servicing was excellent. Bruce and all the staff were fantastic… even sorted out getting the Arsenal game on the TV for our son. The free taxi service to and from the centre was great and the food delivery service to the room is a great service.

Everything was really great… The bar area was lovely, and great selection of drinks… but it was rather empty most nights - some kind of social gathering or event every other day would create more of a vibe perhaps. Wine tasting or a quiz? Something to make it a little more social… A pool table would be a fantastic addition!!

WOW, this was a stay. We arrived for 2 nights, 3 days and found a beautiful and cozy chalet run by a wonderful family, Bruce, his wife and son. The location is perfect, fantastic mountains view. Clean and large suite, special breakfast served to the room. The chalet public areas are beautifully designed. We love the place, and plan to visit again, It is a 2200 meter height, so get some oxygen for the first day 😊. Ronit and Haim.

Really well equipped and modern property with well designed rooms and lovely bar and other common areas. Breakfast delivered to your door each morning was terrific. Ski in ski out but onto a red slope so for beginners/kids take note. Transport on demand into and out of the village. Staff all fantastic without exception. We all had a brilliant time.

This hotel is amazing. Family-owned hotel with very a friendly owner and other staff. We would definitely come stay there again. And after skiing you can enjoy sauna and jacuzzi with a cup of tea. Great value for money, and we really liked design of a hotel. Rooms are quite big and it's nice that rooms are more of an apartment style.

We had a wonderful (too short!) stay at La Cresta. Bruce and his staff are so welcoming and want to facilitate guests having a really great time in Cervinia. The facilities were excellent and very well kept. The daily delivery of the breakfast box was delightful. The spa area was really lovely to relax in. Having the transfer service to and from the village made it very easy to go back and forth to the village for skiing, dinner, etc. I would definitely recommend!
