We were very pleasantly surprised with a nice room upgrade, even though we booked at the last minute. This hotel is one of the cleanest and at the same time the pet-friendliest we've ever stayed at! Our chihuahua Biba was well taken care of - she received everything needed for a pleasant dog-holiday, and was even welcome at the dinner. Food was very tasty! Hotel facilities are excellent, offering a large selection of different activities to choose from. Nice peaceful spa and very well equipped hotel fitness room / gym - it even has a set of free weights (barbell with bumper plates), dumbbells, and a curved treadmill! We liked our stay here so much we decided to choose one of the late check-out options and enjoyed in the wonderful spa and afternoon snack on our last day too!

Restaurant and spa staff looked a little confused/disorganized at times. Access to Finnish sauna and rooftop pool from outside is not optimal for winter months.

Everything was perfect. Location is great, walking distance to the main Kronplatz lifts, but for convenience, the hotel also has a shuttle to make the short trip even easier 😀 Doing sellaronda was one of our main goals visiting dolomites and it is definitely possible from here. Longer time to reach the loop, but it is definitely possible in one day, and since sellaronda is not very long, it may be even better to ski more. The hotel staff helped us with the ski path questions and route we need to take as initially it is not very clear from the maps. Restaurant is great with very good food and nice staff. The bar is also nice with amazing cocktails. The spa area is very good also. We were imagining a small spa facility, but it was actually pretty good with two swimming pools, two hot saunas, and one wet sauna or hammam. The room and ski storage are just perfect as expected from such a hotel.

Maybe a shuttle could be arranged for reaching nearby bus stops or brunico main station.

Excellent spa facilities. Well maintained, equipped and clean. Both outside pools are amazing. Especially relaxing is the adult area on the upper terrace, spacious finish sauna with large windows giving amazing views of the surrounding nature. Gym 0-24 accessible. Food absolutely amazing! Breakfast with a large choice of everything you can imagine. Dinner was super delicious. Nice choice of wines, variety of starters served at the buffet and really great choice of dishes on a la carte menu. Hotel is very clean. Staff helpful and polite. The entire place has a very relaxed vibe and it’s a great choice. 1 min walk to the gondola or a drop off with a hotel minivan if you’re not it walking. The ski resort and the slopes are just amazing.

We arrived late, around 21h, no one to help with the car, parking, skis and the luggage. Same thing repeated upon check out. Another strange thing; steam sauna not working at 10:30h in the morning.

I really like variety of foods for dinner. Spa area is great, open heated swimming pool on rooftop is excellent. Sauna programs with Ilaria are excellent. Transport from hotel to ski lifts and back are cherry on top.

When I compare to last year I miss AMG Mercedes experience that was free of charge. Some staff in restaurant are not at the level of hotel. They miss smile and proficiency when putting food on table. I would also prefer that there are a bit more different breakfast menus each morning (it is the same every day). Last year they had option for dinner to choose 3 different meals every day, but also standard menu of 5 meals (each day the same); this year they removed option of this fix 5 meals. However food is really excellent and I am sure that new manager Mr. Sebastian is doing great job and has excellent comunication with guests so he will improve whole experience to a better level.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was very nice and very helpful. In the hotel there is a 25 - metr long heated swimming pool. It is amazing! The food is delicous. The rooms are big and very smartly furnished. Everything is perfect. We will definately come back!

Nothing to say... But just for a little thought. There is no possibility to take your dog to the restaurant, maybe it would be nice to have some part of restaurant for "dog section" (we experienced this in another hotel). And one more little thing - there is a naked area for warm roof top, I was in spa area without my husband and I didn´t feel very well between all naked couple. I would prefer some whirpool in normal area (not naked).

It is a spacious and well designed hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Amazing food. Bedroom was large and extremely comfortable.

There is nothing really to dislike. The dinner service is a bit chaotic due to the amount of guests - there was a long wait between courses but hey we were on holiday so no rush. There was also some discrepancy regarding the nudist sauna and the pool on the third floor. Reception confirmed that the sauna was the nudist area but the pool was definitely not………I’m not sure this was fully understood by all guests!

The location of the hotel is outside the city center. The hotel is located a 3-minute walk from the gondola, the hotel also transports guests to the gondola throughout the day without a schedule, whenever necessary. The hotel is modern, perfectly integrated into the surroundings. It is big and you don't feel the number of people and the crowd. The atmosphere is comfortable, relaxed and quiet. The pools are outdoor, the water is warm and they are just perfect. The hotel and the room was super clean.

Dinner staff sometimes well organized, sometimes completely disorganized. Long wait for food, wrong food delivered at the table. This segment varies from day to day and definitely has room for improvement.

The facilities at this hotel are incredible and the food in the restaurant is sensational, the staff were lovely and helped out with all our needs. We were staying at this hotel for our wedding and it was fantastic!

We loved our stay however the only thing we didn’t like was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, it always seemed to be warm (in 3 different rooms) and we couldn’t turn the cooling on using the air conditioning panel on the walls for longer than a few minutes.

Loved every aspect of our stay! Room: spacious, nice garden view. Huge balcony. Thoughtful details like little hand weights, a yoga mat and more in the room. All necessary toiletries provided. Plenty of storage space to stay organised. AC in the room was a huge bonus with the summer heat! Gym: lovely facilities, all brand new Technogym equipment. Spa: we received incredible massages (best I've ever had). Very attentive and professional therapists and relaxing environment. Pools: both pools were lovely (nice to have an "adults only" pool to relax and read) Dining: we ate reallly well! Breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner were all delicious. A huge variety available that changed every day (meat/fish/vegetarian dishes). Pet friendly: the most pet-friendly hotel we've stayed at. We were welcomed with a nice fleece blanket for our dog, a water dish, a food dish (full of dog kibble), a little toy and more. Really made us feel welcome. Services: we rented E-bikes for the day to bike to Lago di Braies, definitely worth it! Can't wait to return and see the hotel in winter surrounded by snow!

The gym could use some blinds to block the sun (it heated up quickly and even with the AC felt a little warm). From an Italian's perspective, it was a bit strange to be asked for Tips for everything (a bit excessive).

Toppers on the bed are too soft/uncomfortable. I erroneously booked half boarding, during check in, I informed the receptionist I was not intending to dine at the hotel and asked for a recalculation of the price but, despite bookings’ availability, the hotel was unwilling to meet the request or to offer any alternative goodwill solutions; quite unusual for a 5 stars hotel…
