The service flawless. I really liked the small events (guided walks, wine degustations ecc.) which they organized every day. They offer a van that takes you to the ski resort every day. The food (breakfast and dinner) was the best hotel food we ever had. Also, they have a nice wine list with a lot of choice for good prices.
The first room we got was small and with a really old bathroom but after we complained they moved us to a better room.

Great staff, very nice food
Noise in the rooms- from your room with doors closed you can hear people in other bathrooms, people talking at the corridor - we were woken up several times- very unpleasant. We asked for rooms close to each other - we were at different buildings.
