The breakfast was very good. Plenty of variety. Room looked ok and the bed was comfortable. The dance floor in the ballroom was good, although the ballroom itself was just white walls, not very pretty or interesting. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathtub was very high, and we needed to climb over the tub to step into the shower. This was difficult. Also, there should have been an electrical outlet on each side of the bed, not just on one side. The WiFi was very weak. No coffee maker in room.

At check-in the hotel didn't find my records, despite i booked there several times in the past few months. Elevators are very slow. No tissues in the bathroom Shower faucet needs maintenance Room furniture and ambiance very basic

Floor was a bit sticky in room inside door and bathroom. Bathtub was awkward to step in and out of as the bottom of the tub was higher than the floor.

Super spacious and clean room and bathroom (bath). Superb breakfast! Super kind staff! We also found a wonderful pizza place only 800m walking distance.

On one side of the bed, there was no power outlet. In contrast with the reviews, the WiFi in the room was not superb.

Excellent position if you travel with family and want to visit Verona, Safary park, Gardaland and Sirmione. Very good buffet breakfast. Helpful staff.

Excellent hotel with great staf. Breakfast -just fantastic, excellent choice and variaty of food. Room was big and clean, excellent soundproof isolation in room, bed was giant and comfortable..We stayed during halloween festival and we enjoined every night ... Definitly we will come back!!

Luxury hotel. Convenient parking. Very beautiful view from the window (12th floor). VERY big bed :) Comfortable accommodation for a family (2 adults and 3 children). Breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, croissant, coffee, juice, milk, yogurt, different flakes. By car: Lidl - 2 min Burger King - 2 min Verona 20 min Gardaland 20 min Malcesine (Monte Baldo) 1 h Venice 1 h 30 min

There is no way to have just water unless you pay 3 euros per small bottle. There are not enough power plugs

Great value for money. We were stopping by in our way from Geneva to Croatia, and it was a perfect stopover for the value. Clean, functional rooms with great breakfast. Staff were awesome. We checked in after midnight having spent the evening in Gardaland but were greeted with a smile and prompt check-in. Breakfast service was friendly too (it was a buffet, but there was a receptionist).

Nothing in particular and considering the price. The place is a bit outdated in terms of decor, etc, but nothing to complain about in terms of functionality, cleanness, and comfort.

Very good location not far from lake Garda and Verona, 1.5 hours from Venezia, 20 mins from Gardaland. Free and convenient parking. Comfortable beds. The room was perfectly clean. Overall very positive experience.

Please add vegetables to breakfast.
