Perfect location. Our Superior room was comfortable and very clean, there was an electric kettle and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We had a modern, large and comfortable bathroom. Polite and helpful staff at the reception. On the first day we had problem with hot water and they've fixed it imediately, when we let them know. Fast and friendly service in the breakfast room. The Superior room was in the building across the street, not in the main building with the reception desk and breakfast room (we didn't know this before) but it was safe.

There were only paper coffee cups in the room. Not a large selection of fruit for breakfast.

It was great, so well located, you can do so many restaurants and bars, the bus station to go to the beach is 2 minutes aways, the car rental offices as well. The breakfast was so good and lots of choices, I was impressed. The mist important thing is the bes, for couples it's so important to have a big bed, they put two singles bed together but they did it the right way, by using a lining that keeps both beds together, if you move nothing happens, the bed will not separate which is great.

There was this dental clinic odor in the room, then we realised there is a dental clinic just in front of our room 311, stil very happy with our stay.

The Service was great. Except one grumpy old man at the reception, worked mostly in the morning(No Hello, no Good bye, barely eye contact) Otherwise the Bartender, the younger man (mostly in the evening/night) at the reception and the both women (I guess one was trainee) at the reception were phenomenal. The room was clean. The ladies and young men from the housekeeping were nice as well. Nice Drinks, good food, good bed.

The breakfast selection was not that much, mostly sweets, but was kinda enough. The Espresso (in Italia just coffee) from the machine in the bar area was too bitter.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Had read through mixed reviews, but I think it was actually a very nice hotel. Staff were very welcoming and friendly (the cleaning staff were especially friendly). The air conditioning is very good and is controlled by you (not the room key as I have seen in other hotels). The rooms were spotlessly clean. Good location for wandering about Cagliari, shop across the road. Mini fridge in the room so you can keep some drinks cool if you need to. I thought breakfast was good too, or what people should expect for a 3 star hotel. I saw complaints about noise from the street, we were on the street and I didnt hear a thing at night. There were two sets of windows, blinds and curtains, so I guess the hotel have fixed this.

Not much to be honest. I have stayed in quite a few hotels in Italy, and this is one of the best. Previous reviews were harsh I felt, and I actually really enjoyed it. The room we stayed in didn't really have a view and if you had the blinds and curtains open people could have seen in, but 90% of the time we were outside or had them closed to keep the room cool. It's not the type of room that you would spend the majority of your holiday in, but I came to Cagliari to get outside, not to sit in my room!

The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of Cagliari, making it easy to access nearby restaurants and shops on foot. The room itself was both clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for our stay. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a good shower. The breakfast buffet offered a satisfactory variety of options, in line with what one would typically expect. The bed was very comfortable, and the availability of two pillows enhanced the quality of our sleep. Overall, our experience at the hotel was positive and enjoyable.

Despite being assured that the two rooms we had reserved would be in close proximity, we found we had to change floors and utilize separate elevators to reach them. Additionally, while the rooms were equipped with card readers, we were provided with room keys attached to a weighty keychain, which proved cumbersome to carry. The hotel's central location, although advantageous in many respects, posed a challenge. Upon arrival, my wife and children had to unload our luggage at the street entrance and transport it to the hotel, while I navigated to a nearby parking lot to park our car.

Very helpful staff who tried their best to answer our questions and help us out. Great location, very central. Clean rooms and good facilities (also a bonus to have a bidet).

Would have liked to have a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. The room seemed to always be warm and there wasn't a way to cool it down except open a window. This would have been fine, but strong cooking smells from next door would waft in, and delivery noises woke us up.

The Hotel is located a short walk from the Railway Station and Bus Station, it is just off the main street within in an easy walk to the waterfront. It is also an easy walk up to the main part of the Capital and the Tourist Sites. The room was well appointed and very clean, all staff I interacted with were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good indeed it was a well stocked open buffet. Check in and Check out was just as a Hotel should be. Trips using both busses and rail are easily undertaken.

A great little hotel on the edge of Cagliari’s Marina area - the most interesting part of the city. The staff were always pleasant and welcoming, offering information about the city upon request. The facilities were immaculate and the room well presented. Everything worked and the views from the balcony encompassed the port and neighbourhood.

Hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the Bus, train stations and popular cafes, ice-cream parlours and restaurants. Our room overlooks "via sardenga" which is very good with double glazed windows which provide excellent sound proofing. Breakfast is actually very good and it will keep one going past mid-day.

Wi-fi was non-existent and TV transmission was erratic on channels such as canale 5 particularly in the afternoon.

Excellent location, 5 mins from train and bus station and near the Marina. The city is compact so everything is close by. Breakfast was included with a good selection and nice mini bowls of fruit. I liked the coffee from the bean machine. My room and bed were a lot bigger than I was expecting for a single.

The rooms were a bit outdated. My safe wasn't working and the receptionist was helpful but couldn't understand me.
