Miky was so great! He was so helpful and kind for us arriving so late from our flight. The guesthouse is very nice- so well appointed and comfortable. The decor was lovely and atmosphere quite positive. It felt really good being there. Our room was quiet, and large and had space for our luggage and things. Decent tv we watched a bit of sport on. Comfortable beds and A/C worked well. The breakfast was a nice touch that had yogurt and cereals, coffee and juices, some tasty pastries, etc. Just what we needed to get going in the morning. Also we appreciated being able to keep a few things cool in the refrigerator during our stay. Loved that the kitchen was full of happy plants. Toilet/shower just down the hall was clean and nice to have a little larger than typical European. Location was a nice little neighborhood less touristy with a perfect square behind that had beautiful trees and a couple great bars/restaurants. Bastion San Remy and other points of interest not far to walk, especially the wonderful San Benedetto civic market. We took the bus to Poetto Beach for a nice picnic. We really enjoyed our stay in Cagliari at Miky House!!

Not an issue for us but the walking and hills could be tough for some guests

I couldnt have anything for breakfast because there was just a sweet selection, I would be happy if there is something fresh to eat. its also not obvious what in the fridge and food in the kitchen belongs to the breakfast and what belongs to guests. Id suggest some labeling or explain the breakfast a bit more while checkin :)

Miky is an excellent host and our room was spacious, quiet, clean and well-equipped with air-conditioning, TV and comfy beds. The continental breakfast was available throughout the day and replenished regularly. Miky also offered to wash and dry our clothes which was very kind. The B&B is also equipped with a very useful functioning lift and is a 15-20 minute walk from the historic centre. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect, the host was very welcoming. The room is nicely decorated, the bed is comfortable. Nice house and atmosphere, central location very good for exploring Cagliari, many cafes and restaurants nearby. On the square, which is located on the back of the house, there is a cafe with delicious ice cream.

Comfy spacious room with required facilities, great location (close to the city centre, famous site seeing spots, cute cafes / restaurants are nearby, for those who plan to do some shopping is the perfect). Host makes everything to make your stay comfy and enjoyable. Breakfast menu is enough variable, spacious bathroom is always clean if it’s even shared. The apartment differs with its cute decorated interior.

Good location. Close to shopping street and restaurants and bars, can walk to central train station as well. If you have heavy luggeage, might be hard due to hill but not dig deal.Owner and staff are very warm and kind. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. It is difficult to find negative things of this accommodation.

The location of the apartman is very good. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with him. The room was really comfortable for two persons.

We were expecting a richer breakfast. There was no bread and no salty foods, just biscuits, croissant with chocolate, muesli. We would have been happy having some salty foods. In our room the single bed was not enough wide.

Breakfast is a self service means customer need to prepare which is not good . Breakfast should be like a breakfast . about breakfast it’s not reached my expectations.

The next time I visit the city, I will choose this place again. Very nice host, made me feel at home. The room was very large, as was the bathroom. It had everything you needed. The air conditioning worked well. Town centre, close to the market.

The train station is about 20 minutes' walk away.
