I had an absolutely fantastic stay in villa la conchiglia and would highly recommend it !! Right from the start I have felt so welcomed and very much at home! Alessandro and Lynette are gorgeous and very warm-hearted hosts who helped me out with so many things which was not at all to be taken for granted (giving me a lift to Orosei, helping me with my groceries and sending off a package at the post office and so on…). I loved the quiet area and also in the the house it was very calm and good to sleep! The mosquito nets in front of the windows are very well maintained and perfectly worked out with the window open at night. The breakfast is awesome, always fresh, lots of it home made, of good quality and made with a lot of passion and care. Right in front of the place there is a wonderful beach and in the close by area you will find many more great beaches and activities to explore. I absolutely loved the time I had I would like to thank again to Alessandro and Lynette for their effort!! Hope to come back soon!

Actually, there is really nothing which bothered me at this place! If I had to say something, then it would be the wifi which was not always very stable in the room, but worked better on the first floor/lobby area. But that was really a tiny little thing not affecting at all the wonderful time I had!

Everything was amazing! Our room was large, comfortable and clean. Access to the beach was behind the property and we were able to walk along a path to several other beaches. Breakfast was exceptional. Nothing else compared. But what stands above everything else were our hosts Lynette and Alessandro. Their generosity, friendship, and good humor made our holiday most memorable. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and the location is very good-2 min from a very nice and cosy beach

Wifi could be used only on the ground floor, the connection was extremely weak and we had to use our mobile data

Amazing stay. We booked the room with balcony and sea view and it was perfect for our needs. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was freshly prepared, hosts were super nice and helpful. Perfect location to explore the area around Orosei.

Lynette and Alessandro have been wonderful hosts. The breakfast was very delicious, from coffee to toast to fresh baked cake, we had everything. The Local cheese was amazing. The room was very nice, perfect for a family with two kids. First it was a bit cold, but Alessandro helped with a heating panel. Service was great, The beach is very close by. We can recommend this place.

The only thing could be, that it is a bit off. You need a car to get there and you also need the car or bikes to get out for lunch or dinner. But it's a very very nice and quiet neighbourhood. If you search people and action, you are wrong in that place. if you search the quiet, its perfect.

The property is basic but has all you need. The Staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and had the MOST comfortable bed. Breakfast is delicious - fresh pastries are delivered daily. Many beaches are within walking distance, making it easy to explore. They had extra umbrellas on hand for us to borrow which was excellent.

seems a little under construction still, but this wasn’t a problem. everything was clean and tidy and safe.

Amazing Linette and Alessandro. They are very careful and always ready to help you. We really enjoyed the time there and would like to come back! Room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was tasty.

Everything was clean, property was right next to a quaint beach, easy to find! Breakfast was also lovely each morning.

A super location, right beside a chain of exquisite bays. Delicious breakfast served in a very pleasant inner courtyard. You couldn't ask for better hosts - so friendly, kind and accommodating. I came back a second time and would love to come again. You can see the sea from the front, upper rooms and hear the birds cooing in the trees in the garden. Super comfy beds, too. I loved it!

Alessandro and Lynette are charming and kind hosts who truly care that customers experience Sardinia at its best. The B&B is nice and the rooms are new and spacious. Location is great. 2 minutes walk from one beach and 5 minutes walk from another beach. We loved our stay and we will definitely come back.
