This place was really something. Once you are there, you feel like in another century but in a good way. You can walk around and make pictures everywhere, because this place is so beautiful. It was great experience for us. And the breakfast was one of the best we had in whole Italy. We really enjoyed fresh and homemade croissants and another pastries. It was very tasty! We loved the pool, our room was clean, spacious, with a nice view to the garden.

Villa is in the middle of nothing and if you want to walk during the night you just do not have were to go and we were told is not very safe either. Villa has no restaurant for lunch or dinner so you need to go somewhere else and go by car. Even thought we were aware of it was quite annoying. Pool was closing at 7pm so if you want to spend a day sightseeing in another cities, you probably won´t be able to refresh yourself in the pool after.

Villa Scorzi was a beautiful enchanting villa in Calci with beautiful views of The Tuscan Hills. I asked about the history of the villa and was told it was a restored 14th century building . I would have liked to have known more about the building and its history. The rooms were lovely and clean and the towels were changed every day. The breakfast was really nice and you could get a light lunch from 12:30 - 5pm . We didn’t see much of the staff but a lovely young man served us drinks by the pool at lunchtime and set us a lovely table under the olive trees in the shade. He was very polite and friendly and after chatting with him he recommended a nearby restaurant for us to eat that night which was called Villamorosa which was a short drive away. I booked this villa as a surprise for my husbands 60 th birthday, it was very quiet and peaceful and not too far from Lucca and Pisa . The villa called a taxi for us and it was about 20 mins to Pisa which was a lovely day out. We also visited Florence but that was a much longer journey, a taxi to Pisa and then a train journey approx 40 mins to Florence. I would highly recommend this villa for a peaceful and relaxing stay , it was beautiful! Thank you

Location, cleanliness, gardens, pool, parking security, and the sense of tranquillity.

You have to carry your own bags as the elevator does not stop on every floor and no help was offered. Leaking shower, and I had to clean the room A/c filter as it was blocked. On booking, it states that this is an adult only (18 and over), and we had families with children and crying babies in the breakfast room. The room electricity system is not up to standard as we had running floor extensions to supply light to the bedside tables. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend it.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly, the check in and check out times were set, however the staff were able to work with us due a delayed flight. It was lovely to have a tour of the villa as a potential wedding venue and hear the history behind it. The whole villa was clean and very well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and well-kept. The location was perfect, only 20 minutes from Pisa International Airport and 1:10hrs from Florence. There are not many rooms, which meant it was never busy. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The villa is set in outstanding surroundings with well manicured gardens and pool. The villa itself is furnished with what look like a lot of antiques. Our room had a view of the pool and was very clean, bright, large and was tastefully furnished yet modern. The bed was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a lot of choice even for us as we are vegetarian. Outstanding value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

The only thing that let it down slightly was the fact that they did not serve an evening meal. The villa is not really within walking distance of any restaurants.

We both loved the queen room and the bed was so comfortable , the villa and the grounds were all so beautiful . The staff were so nice and friendly.

We were not told on any review with booking .com that you need a different adaptor to charge your I pad or mobile phone from the different plugs they have in the room it would of been good if they or some one would of told us on reviews . Please make guests aware of this. We had no I pad or mobile phone to call our family and friend’s back home as our adapter did not fit .

Staff we so helpful friendly and very welcoming. We loved the swimming pool and gardens absolutely outstanding and very very well looked after. Breakfast needs a little bit of work in terms of selection although throughout our stay we did start seeing great improvements. We would have liked a bar/restaurant onsite to purchase refreshments throughout the day although we were able to purchase drinks and snacks from the local supermarket and were allowed to take to our sun loungers. We had a kettle in our room with teabags however no coffee option we also found that the tray was not replenished daily including fresh cups and glasses - Would also be good to have a plastic glass option to use around the pool.

AMAZING! It was like we were staying in heaven! What a stunning Italian Villa! Our blue room with balcony was stunning, the staff were very amazing too, accommodating and friendly, and the food (breakfast) / wine by the pool was devine! We will certainly be back! We also had a beautiful dinner at their sister hotel nearby in the outside garden underneath the stars! We will certainly rush back! Thank you all at the Villa Scorzi, including Pepe the cat!

We stayed in the Mila suite at Villascozi. This charming suite was situated on the top floor with a gorgeous spacious terrace and hot tub that is surrounded by the most beautiful plants and flowers and breathtaking panoramic view of the tuscan hills. The room itself is spacious and bright full of charming antiques, french doors that lead out to the terrace and plenty of storage. Perfect tranquil setting to wake up in this room and have a view of the hills from my window while drinking my italian coffee. The area of Calci is stunning and remote. We hired e bikes and travelled to Pisa which took 35mins to cycle. If you are looking for a peaceful charming place to stay I would highly recommend Villascorzi.

Absolutely beautiful property with friendly staff. I don’t recall the servers name for the pool service but he was such a joy and spoke good English which was very helpful. He was singing as he brought out drinks and food which made the overall vibe wonderful. The gentlemen checking in was also very friendly and welcoming. He even let us borrow his iPhone charger as we forgot an adapter. Breakfast was also excellent and the servers were super friendly, the best cappuccino I have had in Italy thus far.
