Great stop on the way north just off the highway (very close to the highway but it was barely heard at all). Owner is very kind and we were also able to check-in very late, due to late arrival with ferry to livorno. Kitchen conveniently equipped for simple meals, nice bonus for this mini apartment for the price of a normal room. Pool is very calming and the area is very special.

As is summer in the countryside, there were also many ants that quickly reach any tiny crumbs you may leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful establishment, nestled within the stunning, quiet hills surrounding Florence. The property itself was perfect: modern, spacious, clean, quiet, beautiful and with all the necessary amenities (both kitchen and hygiene related). For those requiring entertainment: netflix was also available. For those who rather enjoy being entertained by the landscape: there's no shortage of that, as the views are breathtaking. The property is just a stones throw away from Florence, and is managed by a very welcoming host, who additionally provided us with excellent advice on which cities to visit in the surrounding region, as well as tips on how to enter the Florence city center comfortably and without incurring extra costs (we were travelling through Italy by car). On the topic of transport: as we were travelling by car, one of our main concerns was parking. This is certainly not a concern here, as this property has ample parking space. We could not recommend this property enough. So much so, we plan to return here in the future.

Everything was up to (and frequently beyond) standard

Everything was as expected. Angela and Otello were absolutely wonderful. The room was very spacious and clean, and the pool was very clean. The place is located outside the city, away from urban noise. If you like places outside the city, I recommend visiting this place. Many thanks to Mr. Otello and his wife Angela.

Great calm location! Loved that the TV could be spun around for watching from both the bed and living room areas.

Rusty terrace should be addressed. Would have been nice to have a rack to dry the wet kitchenware. We had to use the kitchen counter… Soap dispenser in shower was empty.

Beautifully quiet and perfect location as a base for us to attend the moto GP at Mugello. Only a 30 min drive from Florence airport, the location was super convenient. The most friendly and helpful hosts were on hand for any questions and gave us some great local restaurant recommendations. The room was immaculate, the pool, gardens and grounds were beautifully kept.

Bathroom could need a bit of attention. Gravel road toward the entrance is not really suitable for low cars.

We were a couple and a family together on holiday and L'Alberocasa went out of their way to make it a comfortable stay. We were in easy reach of Florence and had fantastic day trips - all on the recommendation of the very friendly Angela. She even made dinner reservations for us.

A calm and peaceful place with extremely friendly staff. Ideal for dog walking, with a parking spot located near the apartment. While it feels like it’s in the middle of ‘nowhere,’ restaurants and grocery stores are conveniently nearby.

The hotel is managed very well by the owners. They are very supportive: Advices to find restaurants, visiting Firenze, storing of luggage etc. The garden is beautiful and includes a nice swimming pool.

There is little car noise from the nearby road.

I liked the service very much.everytime i had a problem or misunderstanding or just needed a good place to eat near by they always were there too help. I really enjoyed the facilities in the room they were new and modern. The location.if you are with a car this is a perfect place for you.it is 20 minutes from Florence and a few minutes from the main shopping centre.
