The team at Antichi Ricordi was extremely helpful upon my initial contact with them. They responded quickly to my questions about where to park the weeks leading up to my visit. Upon arriving at the property, the hospitality and helpfulness continued. The room in the main building was on the top floor and was extremely spacious. There was a hot water kettle and tea bags in the room along with a miniature fridge. Walking to the historic sites in Caltanissetta took just a few minutes. Highly recommend Antichi Ricordi for anyone visiting Caltanissetta.

The location suited the needs of our one-night stop-over in Caltanisetta - just a short walk from the town centre, with plenty of reasonably priced places to eat. The interior of the property is a pleasant surprise given the very average appearance of the neighbourhood - modern decor in shared area and in our room. Caltanisetta is clearly a diverse town in terms of its population - surprising given its relatively remote inland situation.

I felt a little on edge when walking around town - particularly in the quieter back streets and the public park close to the hotel. Paranoia perhaps, but I felt it prudent to be more than usually watchful when out and about.

we really like everything. We were on our way to Catania and we decided to stop to rest at any near hotel. Glad we found this beautiful hotel. A very nice lady welcomed us and gave a us a better room than the one we reserved. Room , shower were amazing. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Home made pies , croissants, cold meats, cheeses, dry fruits, yogurts. 10 stars to this amazing little corner

My room was comfortable and cosy. The breakfast was good. We were recommended a restaurant for dinner which had really good Italian food. Effective air con. Comfortable bed.

My lamp in bedroom stopped working and not fixed, so it made reading at night impossible. Mind you I was exhausted most nights after adventuring around Caltanissetta.

Antichi Ricordi deserves the high rankings guests give. Can't add much more to what has been said. It is not a bad walking distance from train and bus stations, but lots of stairs if you take the shortcut. Easy walk to centre.

Location. Adjoining streets had derelict properties, piles of rotting rubbish, abandoned cars. Would not want to walk around after dark. Couldn’t find anywhere to eat (accepting it was Sunday)

The room was clean and modern, also the bathroom.

There was no window. The room door was glass, and opened to the outside open-air corridor, which means the guest must keep the curtain closed all the time for privacy.

The apartment was compact but furnished to a high standard. Everyone was extremely helpful. I would love to come back again.

Our stay at Antichi Ricordi was really enjoyable. The property is less than 10 mins walk from the main train station, and is a real gem in Caltanissetta. Our room was stylish, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious and had plenty of options. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
