Very nice hotel in a convenient area. We only stayed one night but would absolutely stay again. Staff was great. They spoke English. The room was large. Nice bathroom with a hairdryer. Breakfast buffet was very lovely with someone making coffee. The only complaint is that the pillows on the bed are very hard and thick. But, in the morning my husband found two softer pillows in the closet. Our fault for not looking the night before. Overall, pleasant hotel and we would definitely stay again.

Nice room with queen bed and balcony where we opened the balcony doors for fresh air. Attentive staff especially desk worker AnneMarie. She was kind and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfasts. Lots of choices. We walked to the Castello Montforte and visited the Museo Sannitico from the hotel. Ate dinner in the restaurant enjoyed the cavatelli ragu. Parking was free and safe.

This is the very nice hotel in Campobasso. We stopped here on our way to Rome because my husband’s grandfather was from Campobasso. We climbed the hill to see the old Norman castle and 2 beautiful old churches. It was a fantastic view of the city. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was great. Manuele and Marangela were so friendly and helpful. They spoke English very well. And the main reason to stay at this hotel is Luigino! He made our stay here so special. We ate at the restaurant and our food selections were delicious. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Italy. They had everything you could want. We highly recommend visiting Campobasso and staying at this hotel. When you stay here, be sure and say hello to our good friend Luigino!

Excellent location, room with an excellent size. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is very good! Love the fact that there is a huge parking area.

The bathroom and the shower box could have been a bit bigger. Also there was some trouble in having the hair dryer working properly for a while.

Good location, free and big open parking, nice staff. Welcome drink (tea I suppose) served upon check-in. The location is fine, close to the railway station but also if you plan to explore the city, including the castle.

The breakfast could have been better. I asked for the bread and there was none. In the morning they were reorganising chairs and tables in the breakfast room, and it was disturbing so I could not sleep (I arrived late at night).

The Breakfast was a bit of the same every day, not much variety. No one around to do you an Egg if you wanted! very slow to replenish!

The room didn’t have a refrigerator.

The staff was very attentive, the place is super clean. Breakfast pastries were of excellent quality and appeared to be homemade. The place offers parking which is a big plus in this location.

Although the vast majority of the staff were friendly and attentive, some of the desk staff could use some people skills training. Nothing unpleasant transpired but the demeanor was less than expected, especially at the greeting point.

The building has a stylish character. Breakfast was lavish. Parking save at the back.

The pillows seemed to be a little bit to concrete for me. A door of a wardrobe was open on arrival. It couldn't close. A little out of center, but within 20 minutes walking.
