- breakfast was consistently good and fresh; - the whole atmosphere/ vibe of the hotel and the neighboring area was lovely and inviting; - the view from our room was exceptional and so beautiful; - bathroom was nice, water was hot immediately and with good pressure; - location is perfect - there's a lot of lively restaurants and shops and ice cream shops around the hotel but it has good quiet vibe (good soundproofing); - parking option is safe (underground with own car box); - we would visit again with no hesitation.

- the furniture and the room feel a bit outdated but, to be honest, this brings a charm in itself and gives a retro feeling, rather than a "not modern" one; - while breakfast was excellent, it always offered the same choices.

A nice hotel in an unbeatable location, with nice staff and a good breakfast. it is a bit pricey, especially on a Saturday night prior to the famous market, but worth it. The car was "valet" parked bty stff, which is absolutely essential in the old city center. The location is walking distance for the boat landing and in the heart of the activities in town.

It was a bit tough to get to the hotel, but staff were very helpful to "schlepp" our luggage from the hotel by cart to the parking spot for the car.

Arriving in nothing short of a monsoon - the staff were superb in getting us into the hotel with all our luggage and then taking our car to park in their garage. They happily provided us with a lovely meal in our room. Breakfast was excellent - room was lovely with a view right across the lake. Just could not have asked for a nicer stay and will hopefully return

Absolutely nothing to fault

Perfect location. Beautiful view of the lake from our bedroom windows. Nice decorations and marbled bathroom.

We had a 1st floor room and the windows in the sitting room and main bathroom open right to the busy street outside with only a sheet curtain for privacy. We felt we could not use the bathroom at night with the light on. But the room had another bathroom that we could use n privacy.

wonderful hotel in the middle of the town in a pedestrian area

the coffee was just awful. In fact, I never had worse coffee anywhere in Italy - or even the world! Yes, I think this hotel has the world's worst coffee! and PS: I am the same Jürgen who gave you all the raving reviews over the past years, but your coffee never was this bad. PLEASE, do get a proper hotel coffee machine where guests can just press a button for the coffee they like. Everybody has one now ...

bath tub to shower without curtain, both velux covers were not operational, noisy "generator", AC was not really adjustable

Spacious room and location

Bathroom. It comes with a tiny bath tub with no shower curtain or glass door, so it is so trouble some if I wanna take a shower(sometimes we don’t have time to take a relaxing bath in the morning).

The breakfast table is always superb. Huge choice of fresh fruit, pastries , meats and cheeses. Also champagne, fresh fruit juice and a basket of vegetables to make healthy smoothy. An ample supply of hot drinks.

The room was smaller than we have been used to on earlier visits. Lack of hanging space.

Gorgeous hotel right on the waterfront, quaint and charming. Amazing breakfast, beautiful setting of restaurant!

Odd bathroom— no shower, only bath

Lovely hotel in great location. For us, Cannobio is one of the best places on the Italian Lakes. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
