Excellent breakfast with a very wide selection. A very good outdoor pool area, with plenty of sunbeds and a pleasant bar. It is not far from the beach (10 minutes walk) and the center (5 minutes walk) and sometimes it is good that the hotel is a little outside.

Access to the indoor wellness department is difficult. A separate entry must be requested at the reception, for a plus fee. The seats on the charter mini-van going to the beach are often full, but the driver always willingly turned around for the guests who were left behind.

From the moment I arrived to saying goodbye, the whole experience was superb. I travelled to Caorle to take part in the European Duathlon Championships, so a stress-free environment before and after my event was of major importance to me - I couldn't have chosen a better hotel - facilities, food, access and especially the staff were just great! (I booked my room before the race HQ location had been announced - it was an added bonus to then discover that it was at the convention & sports centre just a few hundred metres from the hotel).

There were a few spider webs up round the top of the curtains, but otherwise I could find no faults during my stay.

Nice, clear hotel, close to the city center. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was great also, with a wide selection. We travel a lot, but we have never met such an excellent staff as here. Everybody is very kind, flexible and has really good humour. Because of this providing services, our future goal to return.

The hotel and location was perfect.

Gluten free breakfast menu needs to be improved. Would be nice if the restaurant in the evening did something other than sea food. Disappointed that the pools were not available for children. We have a daughter who is a competitive swimmer and wasn’t allowed to use the pool. Could do with a kettle in the room. Has a fridge but no tea or coffee facilities.

Absolutely friendly and fun staff, everyone seemed motivated and easy to chat with, whilst respecting your choices and privacy if needed be. We were remembered fast, and often asked "oh, where is the third guy?"

Absolutely nothing to dislike. It is worth the price for sure.

Well, everything was perfect. I would prefer better cleaning - my 2,5yold child found hair under the bed, but that was the only thing which wasnt perfect. Food delicious, staff helpful, hotel amazing. They even had their own cable car to the beach ( hotel is 10mins far away from Levante beach).

What I would reccommend is the time schedule for cable car at the beach, or maybe to have the schedule written on the beach card. Would be easier for us to plan way back to hotel.

First and most important, its very clean. Its very close to city historical centre, few minutes on foot. Parking is right next to the hotel. Staff is polite and check-in was really smooth and fast. Very nice pool, but unfortunately not heated. Good breakfast. Nicely set, next to marine.

The fact that we needed to walk 10 min to beach, although the was a shuttle every half hour. My mistake, didn't realize how far from the beach when I booked.

Very kind and attentive staff, helping with any request (local tips where to buy, trip tips etc.), great breakfast and hotel menu. I value quiet rooms and wellness area, but missing massage option though...

I find slight problem with parking if you looking for shaded place. They have roof, but not for everyone. I also do not like beach area hotel offering for stay. Very crowded even in early June, so we moved elsewhere. You can have breakfast but not dinner in price.

Wanna feel like at home? Just come to AQA palace. You will see the head of family every day. Staff is absolutely amazing, doing the best what they can do. Hopefully when I come back this year or next year I will see the same great people. Thank you guys. Radek and his family
