Fabulous pool area with plenty of shade and sun. Nice pool bar for lunch. Typically Italian breakfast - a lot of sweet things, cakes and the best chocolate croissants, also cheese, hard-boiled eggs and sliced meats. Lots of hanging space and drawers, a desk, and small fridge. Spacious bathroom. lots of mirrors, and shelves. The village of Caprarica is in easy walking distance, along lit roads.

Very small things, and easily fixed.

The location was perfect for daily trips mostly to Lecce. Breakfast was nice but more variety would have been appreciated. Staff were excellent .

We thought the evening meal was a little disappointing and overpriced. We discovered a little Osteria in the nearby village which we thought was better in terms of quality and value.

the only thing I didn’t like and needs to be replaced are the sun loungers near the pool, they were unstable and some were broken

The hotel is perfect for a holiday. The breakfast is great. The staff is great. They helped us when needed. The housekeeping services are also great. There were everything we needed.

The only unconfirmatble thing is that the door for the bathroom is glass door and does not isolate the noise at all. Everything can be heard.

The staff friendliness, helpfulness was great. The pool and the related services were also great. The whole place has a calm atmosphere so it is a great place to relax. You can select fom variety of offered programs.

In the neighbouring small and larger cities even some of the smaller and simplier restaurants were able to offer better quality dinners and lunches for slightly lower prices than the restaurant at the masseria. This is something I would recommend to change.

No tissues in the rooms, no glasses in the rooms (just plastic which isn't environmentally friendly); no natural air in rooms unless the door is open and no fly/mosquito screens on the doors; cushions for the pool beds for older people would be good; very small things which are easily resolved

nicely maintained and managed by extremely friendly yet professional staff. Both the breakfast and the dinners were excellent … very nice food and wine options and great value for the quality. The 3rd party massage service utilized was also excellent.

it’s not a “dislike” but I felt that better bathroom amenities, maybe soaps and creams from local, bio / natural sources and also from local suppliers might be a differentiator vs other like places in the area. Also, given what the area competition is offering a heated pool, a spa area with sauna and maybe even a small but well equipped gym ma get be warranted.

This place is beautiful, so much money has been invested, both for the buildings than for the garden. Great pool area, with bar and some days with restaurant (2nd in the place). Great lounge chairs and cabanas at the pool. Nice rooms, modern but with country side inspiration. Good breakfast on a nice terrace, overlooking the vineyard. Restaurant open at night, great after a day of visits.

Maybe we missed it, but we did not get any towels for the pool.

Beautiful property , bedrooms large , room cleaned every day , towels changed everyday , beautiful pool area , very clean , staff so helpful and pleasant .

Can’t say anything negative about this property

The property was immaculate. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The pool and grounds were beautiful. The food at breakfast and dinner was of a high standard. All staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel was in a central location and we easily visited Lecce, Otranto and Gallipoli. This was one of the nicest and most relaxing places we have stayed. Thank you for a lovely few days-we will be back.
