The hotel was beautiful. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable not being able to speak Italian. The amenities are outstanding with a beautiful pool and excellent landscaping around the entire hotel which is located in the heart of capri. However you will need to use the concierge shuttle for your luggage because it's a very difficult walk to the hotel but not terrible if your in decent shape. Amazing experience and I would definitely go back.

We had two twin beds pushed together so that was a bit annoying

Good location and easy to find. Easy to get there from the port (by bus or funicular) with your luggage if you don't have so much. It's not a long walk. Hotel is clean an has nice staff. Nice breakfast, you can sit outside or inside. Nice pool area, pool chairs have a build-in shade for head if needed. Many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.

They don't offer free drinking water. The water in the pool was quite cool, colder than the sea.

The hotel is gorgeous. We had 7 nights in Capri and wanted accommodation that was central, had a pool for when the beaches get too packed and was relaxing. This hotel ticked all the boxes - the staff are sensational and so welcoming! They organised a boat day for us and the boat was beautiful. They were so responsive and helpful with offering tips about the island in the lead up to our visit. The room was great and very comfortable, the foyer is just beautiful and overall our stay was very relaxing and calm, and the pool was delightful. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

The only downside would be the shower which would leak out into the bathroom floor but really not a huge issue in the grand scheme of things.

The proximity to the main square, the friendliness of the staff, the hospitality that was shown to us was just perfect

Absolutely nothing was wrong with this hotel ,,yeh pool bar was not open due to the season ,however the staff went our there way to make us pasta for lunch ,absolute brilliant customer service

The staff were really helpful. Jean Pierre welcome us with a smile in his face. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything. Jean Pierre arranged the restaurant to celebrate my birthday and I had a beautiful surprise for my birthday at the breakfast.

The staff was phenomenal, exceedingly helpful every step of the way. Beautiful hotel! The pool is beautiful, the staff was so accommodating, and we enjoyed spending many days there just relaxing.

In a 4-star hotel in 30 Celsius degree there is no complimentary water in the room, of course there are 4 small bottles in the mini bar fridge but 3EUR euch and no info that you have to pay for it. No price list, nothing. Just to mention - nothing else has been in this "mini-bar"... and when you do the check-out - surprise, surprise... Another thing - they do not want to book for us transfer to the harbour "because the hotel is in pedestrian area", but our boat rental company somehow did it and the taxi has been waiting for us at given time right outside this pedestrian area (5 mins walk from the hotel). So it's possible but with a little of good will.

Location is fantastic. Pool and services are great. Staff is very polite and helpful. The best is to offer a service to transfer the luggage from the marina to the hotel and vice versa

The hotel has to be in such a great location, just off the main drag. The pool is so fab The food is fab The people are fab This is our third stay, and still the same FAB hotel

There is nothing we don't like

The location of the hotel is great. The breakfast was for italian style quite rich. The hotel room was big and clean, but a little old furniter - "classic Capri style". Having the pool with bar was also great! The staff was kind and helpful.

The bed was for me quite soft. The water in the pool was a bit cold for my taste. The wellness was out of the hotel and a missed a fitness in the hotel.
