Great location, central to old town. Secure patking not far , separate to B& B , with a fee of €15 for 24 hours. Clean and comfortable, quiet too.

There were a lot of steps, it's hard with luggage. But we had small but a few pieces of luggage. Language barrier: It was difficult to understand our host instructions regarding access to the apartment to get a code and the key. Luckily, two other guests arrived at the same time who spoke Italian and a bit of English, so they understood the hosts instructions and got their key to open the apartment and then we got ours in the kitchen table. So we were sorted. For us, if the host had been there to meet us or was able to text the code to be able to open the key holder box , that would've have made the experience better and less stressful, after a long drive. 😩

My fiancee and I had a wonderful stay here while I was at a week-long conference in Caserta for work. Not only were the property and stay excellent, but they arranged rides to and from the Naples airport for us, In addition, the owners went above and beyond long after our stay was over in order to provide me with a receipt that I could submit to my company for travel reimbursement (my company has very particular requirements for such receipts). I would recommend this property to anybody and am very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here.

The position was central and very useful to visit the town centre and the Royal Palace. Being in the town centre there's no parking but a parking to pay for the car is very closer. The room was comfortable and clean. The host is a very kind person.

Being in the town centre, the room facing the main street, is a bit noisy but after a day long visiting the Royal Palace, you fall asleep very soon.

The room was very clean, and the location was very central. Weekends are a bit noisy, but we were able to sleep well. The breakfast provided was nice.. coffee was great. We requested an early check-in and the room was ready early. Fantastic bathroom.

Late night partying in the center can get loud.

Central location. Close to the reggia. Close to shops and restaurants but quiet.

Many stairs to get to the B&B. Good exercise not easy for carrying a big luggage.

I arrived early and Michela helped order a taxi and greeted me. Very good location, train station is nearby, all the shops and restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely come again

I liked the location, I liked the room, it was very clean and had all what I needed, I also liked the fact that we had a kitchen available

Very nice B&B good kitchen and lovely set up for breakfast. Perfect location near Royal Palace and train station. Would definitely stay again.

The owner was friendly and helpful. The location was very near the Reggia and it was in the shopping street.

The bed was uncomfortabe. Till 3 or 4 a.m. we heard some guys shouting ang talking loud on the street. Anyway it's in the center so it's expected.
