The villa is situated into a beautiful domain that transports you back to the 1800s. We loved the vibe of the house, the paintings and the overall decorations. The old meets the new, making it the perfect spot to spend a couple of nights in.

The site mentioned that there is a game room and a biliard table available, but we couldn’t use it at the property. Although the road to get there is a bit patchy, you can make it even with a low car.

Interesting rooms with a touch of antiquity and aristocracy. The entrance is like entering a manor. Very friendly and helpful hosts. I arrived very late, but there was no problem checking in and the hosts did not show any dissatisfaction at all. We traveled with my son, with the aim of visiting museums by car, which were nearby and easily accessible (we had a car). Thank you, I give 10+

An old ,romantic villa at about 25 km from Bologna. The building is impressive, with large, tall rooms, with paintings, frescos and fire places . It has a vintage , hystoric look. We had the 5 persons room- which is actually a two room apartment, with hallway and bathroom . So, plenty of space. very clean. The area is very quite, isolated. The location is good for discovering Bologna, Modena, Maranello - but a car is mandatory. The breakfast was really good. The staff was nice even if they speak little english.

It is a agricultural area and there is a smell lingering in and outside of the villla which takes a while to get used to.

Lovely old building carefully renovated with modern facilities, very high ceilings & thick masonary walls

Possibly to do with the thick walls but no wifi in the room - had to sit one flight downstairs to get it working, not a big issue as lovely comfortable areas provided

Lovely old house. Huge bedroom. Very nice bathrooms.

As you are away from any bars or restaurants, a fridge in the room would be very welcome. The breakfast is a little sad (industrial croissant and juice) especially as the room is so beautiful. Just some fresh bread and proper jam would be great.

The main things that I liked were - The location is pleasant - a quiet place away from anywhere busy. The villa has a lot of character. The room was clean and comfortable. I was expecting a room with a sitting area and fridge however there was still plenty of space in the room.

Very good location in a small quiet neighborhood of just a couple houses. Good patking, beautiful building.

Shower in bath isn't the best idea. Otherwise it was okay.

Staffs were very friendly and supportive

Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful manager, who was kind enough to wait for our arrival after hours. Convenient location, 20 minute drive from Bologna airport.
