Small parking, we left the car for 2 days. Very convenient location, 7 minutes walk to the train to Sorrento and 13 minutes walk to the port to take the direct ferry to Capri. Pompeii can be reached quickly by car. Very warm welcome, offered juice/coffee with sweet biscuits upon arrival. Quick solution to all problems. A very good breakfast. Very friendly service staff.

There is a small problem - there is no elevator. But the staff will help with the suitcases. But we are not lowering the rating because of the many positive aspects.

I liked the breakfast. There is a great local bread that is addictive. Signora Sabrina (the owner) is a really beautiful and friendly person. What can be improved: Cleanliness. It was ok, but it could have been better. Quite dusty, maybe because the season was not yet officially opened and the cleaning process was still ongoing.

Location was very convenient, close to the main commuter train station and ideal for exploring Naples, Pompeii and the Amalfi coast. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was superb - very clean, all facilities worked, comfortable bed. The breakfast was simple but tasty. A special thank you to the front of house staff, who were always attentive and welcoming. Very good value for money overall.

This hotel was the best experience we have ever had, especially regarding the employees! They genuinely cared about our day, and helped us with: car rental, refreshments, carrying our bags, etc. We always looked forward to see who was behind the counter when we walked by, since they all were amazing. They even helped us with washing our clothes, where the head of the cleaning department had folded our clothes so perfectly.  The staff was the nicest people ever, and we will actually miss them! Thank you guys for a lovely stay at Palma Hotel.

Everything was ok for example: Breakfast was delicious with full of options to eat and drink; wonderfull italian coffe; our room was cleaning everyday with new pack of towels and shower gel; the hotel with air-conditiong in every room; the localization was great near the railway station, bus stop and beach area. The Staff was helpful and friendly, you can feel save there. They gave us a bottle of cold water after arriving. Really we can recomend this place!

Hotel Palma is a great place to stay at, especially if you are considering a cheaper place for your Amalfi Coast visit. 30-45m from the main attractions (Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano...), the hotel is located in a city which is mainly frequented by Italian families. Clean, with a great breakfast and wi-fi connection. Would recommend.

Clean, comfortable, very thankful for the air conditioning! Very friendly and welcoming staff.

One very very minor point, we had to go get an iron. But we should have brought our own so not necessarily the hotel’s fault.

Location was good, lobby was nice. Breakfast appropriate

On arrival we were confused by teenagers behind the office desk, making strange noises, and apparently laughing at us. This made my guest feel uncomfortable as they do not speak italian. I myself found it very unprofessional. The desk worker apologized and told me it was the owners child.

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. Clean and good breakfast. Centrally located, few minutes walk from the lungomare. Above all we parked our 2 motorcyles securely inside the gate.

A small issue was that the AC was rather noisy.

It is the very convenient place of this hotel. Very close to town centre, train station and the hotel has their own car parking which looks small at first but will fit lots of cars in there.
