Beautiful property, excellent service, excellent dining and spa! Loved the staff, especially BangBang, Thomaso, but all were excellent!

It would be very helpfull if the hotel would provide clearer information/directions to the property with a description and guidance of the best route to avoid the very bumpy, rutted road route especially during rain .

I don’t really have the words to describe how beautiful this Estate is, it is simply stunning. I visited the hotel early May so it was a bit quiet but i didn’t mind, love the fact that we were upgraded from the Fontanelle Hotel to their Clubhouse. Spa facilities were lovely, lovely views and very clean. Staff were also wonderful and very helpful, nothing was too much for them (very accommodating).

Stunning property in the midst of vineyards and orchards. The staff especially in the main restaurant, the french sommelier (Lucy) and the pool area were outstanding. The check in check out people were good too but could be a bit friendlier. We spent just 1 night on the way from Florence to Bellagio and wish we would have stayed longer. We were in the base room which waslovely but windows are small so there isn't a "view". Decor was beautoful and clean but if you're staying for more than a night then get a higher room category. Its just a stunning place with excellent service. Go ahead and book!

We loved everything about our stay! The hotel and grounds are one of the most breathtaking and beautiful places I have ever been. It was like being in a fairytale and it exceeded all of my expectations in every way. The room was beautiful and large and we even had a balcony. The staff were exceptional in every way. It was 5 STARS at every moment of our stay. They truly catered to our every need and the restaurants were amazing and 5 stars. The pool, bar, grounds, every aspect was 5 stars!

The breakfast was great. The restaurants on the property were also fantastic. We did an excursion at the winery onsite that was FANTASTIC. And of course with everything, first class views and service.

Only minor complaint we had was the Air Conditioning in the room wasn't great, so we slept with the window open to keep the room cool.

- view is perfect - architecture is very beautiful - food in the restaurants was good - unexpected car wash during stay - super friendly staff everywhere in the hotel, at the pool bar, in the restaurants...

- beds are a little bit too small for tall people - room service costs extra per delivery on top of the normal prices which discourages you from ordering there - too few sockets in the room

Property is amazing in every way!

The service at the breakfast/ terrace was dreadful with the service. It would be helpful if you had someone to help organize the men and let them know how to notice, respond and serve the guests.

1. The overall architecture and design of exteriors and interiors including amazing gardens all around the place, 2. location and layout of the facility - it had many places where you could hide away from others, relax on lounge chairs and enjoy the amazing country views to the country, walk through their gardens or sip a drink near the nice pool all in very carefully designed and maintained environment, breakfast/dining terrace with amazing views to the country 3. nice, very friendly but yet super professional and helpful staff, 4. spotless clean, 5. authenticity and their story (about founder of the hotel), 6. services offered on spot and their range (room service, pool, spa, bike rental, pool and lounge bar, picnic basket, wine tour up to more exclusive services like country tour with driver etc)

Literally nothing! There was not a single thing which would bother us.

The hotel is stunning, truly feels like you’re in a fairy tale. Every single staff member is nice and is genuinely happy you are there and want you to have a great stay. The restaurants are to die for the views everything about this hotel is perfect. Would not change a single thing.
