We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, and I would recommend it to others. The breakfast buffet offered a reasonable selection, and the lady who attended to us in the restaurant was polite and kind. Our room was clean and quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. The hotel provided adequate (paid) parking space right in front of the building, which was convenient. The Wi-Fi service was functional and met our expectations, allowing us to stay connected during our visit. The shower was also quite satisfactory.

Despite the hotel's generally positive attributes, we did experience some concerns regarding the location. Although it is just a short walk from the city center, the surrounding area can feel rather unsafe at night. We noticed some damaged or looted cars and encountered questionable individuals who seemed to be causing trouble or harassing passersby. As a result, we did not feel completely secure venturing out after dark. To avoid this issue, I would advise future guests to stay clear of Via Monsignor Ventimiglia, particularly when heading south at night. Instead, consider taking a route towards Via Umberto I (north) to access Via Etnea, as these streets tend to be safer and benefit from more frequent police patrols.

The place is nice, we had the top floor room and very comfortable. The area is not great. At night, our rental car was opened, and posterior lights were stolen. Luckily, we had full insurance. If their parking is full, I suggest looking for private parking.

For me it is the best Boutique Hotel in Catania. Super Location, Clean, Excellent Breakfast, Private Parking and Staff. This was my 4th stay.

Our room was spotless and offered all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and inviting. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the hotel's dining area. The variety and quality of the food met our expectations, and the attentive service made it even more enjoyable. I wish our room had windows. Yes, the room had windows on the ceiling, but we couldn't open the blinds, so it did feel a little dark, and we couldn't see outside.

A beautiful, modern boutique hotel that is close to everything with lovely staff - from the maids to the lady at breakfast to the bar and reception staff. Lovely walk-in waterfall shower. The air conditioning is simply delicious - we moved here from an AirBnB that had broken air conditioning and given the temperature in the 30s by day and late 20s by night we wouldn’t have been able to cope otherwise.

One small critique is that it isn’t possible to turn the balcony lights off (the curtain lets this light in) and the lights in the hallway stay on all night.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent being very close to the center, which I made exploring the city extremely convenient. One of the standout features is the covered garage, which is a rare find in such a central area.

I found the breakfast to be a bit underwhelming. It lacked variety and didn't offer much in the way of international selection. i think they could improve by adding more option to cater to a wider range of tastes.

The location of the hotel was great for us. 2 min of walk from Mercato di piazza Carlo Alberto which is a great bazaar. 3 minutes to the Metro which is nice if you want to go to the more local side of catania. 8 minutes to via Etna. The staff of the hotel was Great. The Lady in charge of the Dining room is a true professional in the art of making hot drinks. The cleaning and the rearrangement of the chambermaids was a delight experience. Last but not least the receptionists, who were very welcoming and nice. I would like to make a special thanks to Vanessa the receptionist who was very kind and helpful. When we wanted to go on a guided tour she was attentive to our needs and made an effort to find us a tour that fit to our needs and on lowest price. She gave us the impression that our pleasure was her mission.

The hotel is nicely furnished.

I wasn’t aware that the area has such a sketchy appearance as it does, given that it appears to be concentrated with hotels and BnBs. Maybe it is in fact safe here, but it felt dangerous in the area at night. Avoid this area if you can stretch your budget a little bit. Additionally, the receptionist refused the request to open the curtain of the sky light, saying it it inconvenient and that they would need to close it after we check out. I mean, dude was straight up saying they are too lazy to work, c’mon!

It was comfortable, spacious, clean, fabulous shower and a welcome bath for my wife. The bed and pillows were great. The room had a secure safe. The breakfast was OK. The staff were kind considerate and very helpful with everything including helping with the choice of good restaurants, operating car parking machines and direction to different places of interest. We were given a late check out and safe luggage storage on our last day.

The location was a 10 minute walk to the centre.

Very friendly staff, very clean hotel, good proximity to the city center. Amazingly comfortable bed, which is actually really untypical for hotels. Decent breakfast, but I would recommend going to a local cafe and spending the extra money on local treats.

The hotel is located some 10 min by foot from Via Etnea and this is great. The issue is that the moment you go off of Via Etnea, the further out you go, the more trash you will find on the streets. And the area around the hotel was no exception. In fact the hotel itself is like an oasis in this area. We didn't feel that it was dangerous or something like this, but just very dirty.
