The check-in was open 24/7 and it was a major plus. We were able to use free shuttle to get to the airport in 5 (!) minutes. View of Etna was gorgeous from the balkony. Breakfast was much better than the "standard continental", but not Italian special.

No shuttle and no buses from airport to the hotel from midnight till 5 AM, and the one (!) mile ride from airport cost 20 euros by taxi! At the end of November the blanket was not part of the bed, and it was not accessible at all after midnight.

The room was a great size for my large family. Very spacious with 3 beds and 2 balconies. It was in a perfect location for travellers, being literally right next to the airport with a free airport shuttle! You could technically walk to the airport from here, but there are no sidewalks to be able to walk safely unfortunately- but hotel has a free airport shuttle to get you there safely in seconds! The pool on-site was amazing and perfect way to enjoy your stay here mid travels, especially with children!! Onsite restaurant and bar for drinks/snacks is super convenient too. The staff was super helpful and very nice. I'd definitely stay here again!!

The area surrounding the hotel isn't the greatest, but that's to be expected to be right next to an airport. You could technically walk just a couple minutes to restaurants & the airport itself, but there are no sidewalks in the area to safely walk. Luckily, the hotel has a free airport shuttle to get you there super quick! Don't have them call you the local taxi if you are a larger group (6+) ... the taxi will take advantage ($$$$).

The view towards Etna after sunrise was amazing, the breakfast is really good and there are many options to choose from, the croissant with the apples was amazing. The room was huuuge, and it felt good that there is a lot of space to move around plus a balcony. The shuttle to the airport was on time in the morning, the driver was nice too.

Not really the hotel's fault but getting there by foot is kinda dangerous, you have to walk on the road and cars are passing by. We would would ordered a shuttle but we arrived at 1AM. At checkin the guy took my credit card and I thought he took it for payment for the hotel, turns out the credit details are taken in case we break something or take something from the fridge bar. When we left in the morning the woman chased us saying we didn't pay, was kinda embarrassing since we thought we paid for it already.

Staff were exceptional, service was fabulous. Room, front of the hotel and all indoor areas were clean and nicely presented if a little basic. The beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night and checked out very early to catch our flight so we didn't make full use of the bar, restaurant etc. Very handy for the airport though, and the shuttle bus was a godsend! The staff were really wonderful; multi-lingual, nothing was too much trouble, very welcoming and professional. Excellent service

A little expensive. Whilst the service was 4* the hotel was quite basic for 4 star accommodation. I would have liked parking to be signed more clearly. We wanted to check it before returning the hire car and parking was difficult

The hotel is close to the airport and close to road connections. The rooms are big and nice. The hotel provides free transportation to the airport, which is welcome because, despite the fact that the airport is a 10-minute walk away, the road does not have a sidewalk. The restaurant is very good, but the prices are a little higher than those in Catania.

Room was what I expected in this part of the world, and for the price. Overall, a very clean location. I did not have breakfast at this location, and do not know if such is offered.

Dark hallways / spaces. Walking access to airport is via street/road only. Sidewalks are non-existent. This hotel is extensive, many rooms and long hallways, and is clean, but seems "dark". Also, the bed covers are begging for an upgrade.

Clean, pleasant and convenient. Staff were very efficient and helpful but as a typical airport hotel, there are lots of short stays and people coming and going so they are under more pressure. The rooms and public areas are very spacious and spotlessly clean. Nights are generally quiet and the breakfast is generous. The pool is surprisingly large and there are dramatic views of Etna from the north side of the hotel. Despite some difficulties, the staff went above and beyond to make sure that the airport shuttle got us to the airport in good time (whilst it is only a ten minute walk to the terminal, the lack of pavements makes it exciting!). Overall, excellent value for money.

The location to the airport was important and it was helpful that there was a shuttle available. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was some handiman type work that the room needed. Things like the toilet seat slid and needed to be secured. The towel rack was bent and sloping. There was touch up paint needed in the sink area.

The hotel is a very quick cab right from the airport, there is a nice view of the Etna from the room's balcony. The room was very spacious with a convenient layout. There was an extra counter, sink and mirror outside the actual bathroom which was very useful for three people getting ready at the same time in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the a.c was good at keeping the room nice and cool during the hot night. The WiFi worked great and the breakfast was nice. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes, which was useful. Good value for the price, I say.

The hotel is longer than it is tall, so be ready for a bit of a walk to your room if you happen to be assigned to the further side of the hotel. The pool area looked nice although there didn't seem to be much shade available. It's not the prettiest part of town, but the location is functional. The breakfast was nice but nothing to write home about. The airport shuttle has only 8 seats available, so take that into consideration when travelling in a group. We were a group of three in a hurry so we insisted on riding right away, but there was a whole group of people who had been waiting along with us who ended up being left behind to wait for the next one.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The pool was an added bonus. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly as was the lifeguard at the pool. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The free shuttle was great.

The staff in the restaurant were among the rudest I've ever come across. We asked for a menu, they looked us up and down, reluctantly handed one over and then when we asked whether we needed to book for dinner the waitress was rude and kurt with her response. We also spoke to a waiter and found him equally as rude and dismissive. Needless to say we decided to dine out on the night of our stay. Such a shame that they let the hotel down as the rest of the team were extremely polite and professional.
