I liked that the host used her phone and, with the right app, we communicated perfectly since she didn’t speak English, only Italian. Mrs. Dina was very polite. The house is old but very central. It gives the impression of being dirty, but as she mentioned in her notice, the very old and worn floor creates that impression. The bathroom had everything you needed; it was a spacious bathroom, but since it didn’t get much sunlight, there was a slight musty smell. Even though we arrived late, we spoke with her husband, Mr. Marco, who welcomed us. Additionally, they provided us with a space to leave our belongings since our flight was late in the evening. I would return because my visit wasn’t about staying in the room but exploring beautiful Catania!

For the holiday of the feast of Saint Agatha it was in the middle of the middle. The place was very good position at the centre of all the attractions of the feast of St AGATHA in few minutes . The Host when we arrived at 23:45 we can find a bottle of water and some biscuits we appreciate this.

There's no mini fridge or a small electri Kattle to make a little bit of Coffee or tea. And the other thing was that we have only 1 key and we was 4 persons if there was another key it was more helpful.

The location is great - right on the main street but in the backyard of the building, so the room is quiet. The owner was very helpful, she lent us her water kettle so we could make a tea in the evening and she let us leave our bags in the house after check out till we had to go to the airport.

The room is tiny for 2 people, but enough for 1 or 2 nights. The bed / mattrass is unfortunately pretty uncomfortable.

The value per money is insanely good. The room and beds were very good. It is a must-stay property if available. I can't even explain. It was both the best location to explore Catania and also surprisingly quiet for that location due to the property being in a closed location. Very happy we found it.

There is no kitchen except for one fridge but this is also clear from the advertisement so I don't think it is a problem. Anyhow, Catanian food is cheap and very tasty to try outside :)

The apartment's location is perfect. Right in the centre of Catania, close to lots of cafeterias and places of interest. The apartment was super clean, Milena so accommodating. She let us check-in before, since, we arrived earlier and kept our luggage for us after checkout as we had a left trip.

Very clean and well taken off place. The owners were very pleasant, helpful and hospitable. Milena, one of the owners, prepared some strawberries for us after our long day of wandering around the city. We were able to leave our luggage at the place before the check in time. Beds were comfortable and balconies had flowers.

Very good valuable for the money. Super friendly hosts and clean location! Even if the check in is on 15:00, we called the hosts and they told that we could come earlier. Also very central apartment, maybe the best area to stay in Catania.

Our room share a living room with another room (or rooms, I didn't figured out) and the other people from the other room stayed in the living very late in the night and it was a litle bit anoyng because is not very good sound isolated.

The lovely beautiful host miliena was so very sweet to us...she went out of her was to make sure we was comfortable ifact we wanted to stay longer...its a beautiful clean place xxx

I can't say there was anything we didn't like...are all experience here was wonderful ❤️

Our host Milena was very friendly and helpful even from before we arrived at House Vintage and throughout our entire stay. The place itself is located on the main street, which meant that we were within a 10-minute walking distance from all the historic sights downtown. Despite being on the main street, the building was very quiet. The room had a charm of its own as well. The AC was of huge help. We were also given keys to the room and the floor itself, so we could enter freely.

We liked it all, but we would've definitely enjoyed not having to a cross a shared hallway to reach the bathroom. Only we had access to the bathroom and we never really met any of the other travelers in the corridor, but we were anxious that it might happen.

Amazing location by Via Etnea. The room is quite spacious. Lovely host.

The add might suggest you will be located in accommodation adjacent to the lovely balconies, but you will just catch a sight of it from your window:) Not a biggie, but it would be nice to know. The room hasn't been renovated for some time.
