The staff were so nice, when we got to the place we didn't have the microwave and stove that it says on the website that there would be, so we just went to the information and they offered to come with it right away and even drove us back to the place we stayed. When we left we forgot a wristwatch and they contacted us the day after we left and said they would mail it to us! The place was very beautiful and relaxing! And the meals we got served at the restaurant was delicious! I would 100% recommend!! And with a car it's even better, because there is free parking and there are some good winehouses in the area!

The camping is located on a hill in a forest and has a lot of shade and cool nights, perfect. The atmosphere, with kids walking around, was great. The glamping facilities are good, clean, the right "vibe". The park restaurant was also very good, great Italian food, without breaking the bank, right next to the pool.

For a tall Dutch man (>2m) the Air Lodge is a very small, couldn't stand up straight and bumped my head multiple times. Also the "sleep and see the night sky"-plastic windows sound good in theory, but moss and algae in the forest have completely eliminated that possibility. Location-wise: you'll always be driving >25min to get somewhere, even the closest shop, be prepared for this. Visiting Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, all takes ~ 1h. We just stayed on the camping a lot, no regrets, had a blast.

I arrived late in the rain. Met with friendly welcome. The site is lovely, camping and glamping spots under trees. Fantastic swimming pool, excellent restaurant and friendly staff.

I stayed in a small tent which is set on a platform above an eating area. Bed and towels very clean. One minor point, I couldn’t lock the hatch door to the sleeping area plus you need to be a bit of a contortionist!

We love everything! The bungalow is very nice and cozy. It's very quiet, we could have relaxing on the patio. The campground was highly maintained, beautiful spot everywhere, the pool area was just perfect, with its jacuzzi and hot tub. The location is also perfect, close to Florence and around. Next time we will come back and bring the kids, they will love it !

Great looking campsite. Variety of pools for all ages. No swim caps required. The kids activities were well received. Lots to do. The rep David, was great with the kids. Wifi was good in the main public areas but not in the cabins.

The shower. The options were scalding hot or freezing cold. It didn’t matter where you turned the tap or how small the angle of turning was. Very dangerous for kids.

Clean, well-maintained pool complex area with plenty of sun beds. Decent restaurant and pool bar with good range of options which were not too expensive. Clean, well located accommodation. Lovely forest location. Decent range of activities for kids, mainly focused on younger kids.

Lodge was decently equipped but rather small - it was meant to sleep 5 and we were only 2 adults and one toddler - I wouldn’t have wanted any more than that! We struggled to find space for our suitcases etc.

The campsite is on top of the hill which gives nice views. Restaurant is serving good food. All facilities are nicely spread around the campground

The location on the hill has also a downside next to the perfect views. If you want to visit Sienna or Florence you have to calculate around 1 hour which is mainly because of the remote location.

Very Friendly and very helpful staff especially Letizia at the reception. Excellent facilities for everyone. Beautiful surroundings.

Far from towns, so a car is a must. If you don’t have a car then you should prepare to pay a lot for taxi to come get you and bring you back. The lodge is quite small for 4 people although there’s a balcony to make up for the lost living space. No views despite it so high up the mountains, just trees.

- Great entertainment for kids during the entire day and evenings, - fun water slides, kids loved the pony riding. - Good location for trips in the area. - Very friendly staff.

- Pool area is too small for the amount of people, it feels too crowed. - Restaurant fast, efficient and friendly but food very average. - Instead of a second toilet in our bungalow, a wardrobe would be better.

I loved staying in the lodge, in the forest, and being in nature, but also so close to the fun area, with the pools, the restaurant, etc. Having the supermarket there, with absolutely everything needed, was a big plus. I loved the attention to detail, the design in all common areas, the complexity of this huge glamping, and everything that it offers. Really an amazing place!
