The room was lovely and had a beautiful view over the hills. The customized breakfast each morning was such a great way to start the day, and Sasha is a wonderful host! The location is perfectly located in the old town of Certaldo, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as several small museums and craft shops. You can also easily walk down the hill to the newer (non-medieval) part of Certaldo, with more to see and do.

It was a little confusing getting in the first time - I hadn't realized that the entrance to the B&B was at the top of an apartment building, so I went up and down the stairs a few times looking for the right door to our room, thinking that all of them were part of the B&B (but really the first three floors are private apartments!). Also just a note that there are four to five flights of stairs and no elevator, for anyone with limited mobility!

We loved everything about this Bed and Breakfast, but especially Sasha! She was so amazing communicating everything so well about arriving, parking, breakfast and any needs we had in the room. People commented about the many stairs but it was just what we needed to get our daily exercise.😁

We have no complaints at all! Staying in a medieval tower with an amazing view was magical. Sasha put so many extra touches like nice soaps and decorations. It was our home away from home for a week.

The property is perfect (the rooms are really beautifully furnished and the views are amazing). Sascia is the perfect hostess - she makes you so welcome and looked after us so well!!!! The breakfast was also delicious - everything was perfect - I couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

There was nothing to dislike. The parking isn’t immediate outside the property, but it’s just round the corner (5 min walk away), so absolutely no problem at all.

We liked everything about Antica Torre del Borgo! Location is out of this world. Situated in Certaldo Alto (Alto is the key word :)) it is like you are in some movie set. So peacefull, so beautiful.. We were there in late September, so it felt like we are one of few turists in Certaldo. Certaldo is also perfectly possitioned for exploring the Tuscany region. Just 20 min from beautiful San Gimignano and also very close to other beautiful Toscan villages. Sasha was more then helpfull. She suggested us the perfect iternary off the beaten track and made our day divine. She also helped us to solve the problem that we had with renting a car which was the most important thing for us... All in all, long story short... PERFETTO!!

The property was enchanting and magical! It was in the best location and so unexpected! The best part of our trip to Italy!! The room including bathroom was well kept and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was perfect! We could not have asked for anything more. We ate at the restaurant next door - RISTORANTE bar caffetteria Boccaccio where the food was amazing and so was the staff! Absolutely loved Sasha as she was super helpful and does an exceptional job of her beautiful and magical B&B!! Sasha, Mike and I can’t thank you enough for the magical experience you have provided ♥️🥰

Absolutely nothing!

This is a very special property. The host is wonderful - helpful and welcoming. The property is immaculate and everything exceeds expectation. The views over the Tuscan landscape are breathtaking. The village is friendly too. There are several flights of stairs, but the height of the apartment is what offers up the best views and experience. We don’t want to leave.

The accommodation is located in the historic, protected part of the city, which can only be accessed by car during the loading and unloading times. But this is not a problem, because the parking space (which is free because it is provided by the host) is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. The room is very romantic, clean, the host is very kind and helpful.

The accommodation's staircase is not very comfortable due to the old building (stairs are high). This cannot be changed and it is thus original!

Everything was perfect. The room and bathrooms were renewed and clean, the breakfast was amazing with typical food and the location was in the old town of Certaldo. The attention we received from Sasha, the owner, was perfect and she took care of every request we had. I would recomend this place for a couple that wants to visit la Toscana and have romantic days around.

We loved it all. An incredible view out of the window, a spotlessly clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast every morning and the loveliest, most welcoming host in the world - Sasha! We stayed there for 4 nights. We had a chance to explore the unique, authentic town of Certaldo and treat our palate to the delicious food at local restaurants kindly recommended by Sasha. We would go back without hesitation! THANK YOU, SASHA! You are a STAR!

I don't think we could have found a better place to stay. The town is lovely, magical, quiet. Our room was charming, and everything we needed was available. It was delightful to meet Sasha. She went out of her way to ensure that all of our needs were met, and pointed us towards some memorable local sights that we would never have found on our own.
