Outstanding design and quality of the room, on the highest level! Good breakfast. Location is good. Room was a bit small, I was alone, if there will be 2 persons could be a problem with luggage. However, the quality and kindless of the host was over everything!

the locanda is brand new located in the city center along the city canal port. it does not offer swimming pool or other summer amenities but it is perfect to visit the city, join the seaside, ride on the hills and enjoy the tipica Romagna’s flavors. the restaurant of the locanda is amazing and it offers magnificent breakfasts.

The interior design in amazing, great materials. Breakfast was very good and open to free requests to the chef. We also had dinner and I cannot recommend the place more.

This is a really nice room, newly decorated, stylish and clean. Our hostess was extremely friendly and helpful and even provided bicycles free of charge, which we appreciated enormously! She was always available and answered all our queries within minutes. Location was perfect for us, 5 minutes' walking distance from the railway station and right at the beginning of the lovely, very picturesque harbour, which we loved!

The info on Booking said "view of a quiet street" but this is not true at all, since the building is on the corner of the (lovely) harbour canal and a really busy street and railways crossing (we counted 8 car lanes plus railway right in front of our window), so it was really noisy throughout the night, even with closed windows, and sleeping with open window was out of the question. Also, the room is quite small (which we knew, so no problem!) and could be furnished more efficiently to leave more space (eg a stand-up floor mirror in a room where you can hardly walk is not a good idea). In a tiny room like this, it would be nice to have a bathroom door that closes properly, not a sliding door of glass.

The facilities are 9/10 The cute little town 10/10 Train station 5 min away Supermarket 5 min away Beach 15 min away (95% NOT for free) with all the shops/resorts. Restaurants are all over. Really great location overall!

I thought I’d come for a quiet couple of days to work in a quiet little Italian town. I guess, I was unlucky…. While the street sound isolation is great, inside - not so much. I had some neighbors that were screaming like deranged and making so much noise to the point that I wanted to call the police. And here is the problem. While the staff is nice they are not there. There is no one there from like 11 am till 6-7 pm and at night also - no one. On Tuesday there was no one at all. That’s why I felt unsafe. BUT the staff is very responsive via whatsup and they handled the situation. It just took some time for someone to come. Also you must tell the staff when you arrive / leave etc, cause there’s again - no one. You have to wait till someone comes and open the door etc. Not a big deal, but it’s definitely something to keep in mind. I do appreciate that the staff let me stay at the restaurant to work after I checked out, and overall they were very nice and helpful. This place is more for people who come with a family/friends.
