The hotel looks a bit old-fashioned but it is new. It seems to be redecorated recently so everything is quite new and fresh. The view from my room was beautiful with mountains. The breakfast was moderate. We had eggs, meat, yogurt, breast and fruits. It was more than enough. The staff was kind and polite. The parking exists but it is limited. We came quite early so we could find a parking spot. But in a few hours later all the parking was full.

The room is large, bright, clean. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. The location is excellent. Parking is nearby. The staff is polite, attentive. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay.

the breakfast is modest, I wanted something cooked, for example an omelette or something else... or at least boiled eggs, there is not always time in the morning to cook yourself. It would be nice to add a kettle to the room.

Single room is very spacious, modern and clean. Bathroom huge and with big window. Breakfast essential with good coffee and cakes. Staff very polite, helpful and attentive. Hotel location is perfect near to downtown area, short walking distance to train and bus station. All attractions, restaurants are nearby. A very pleasant stay overall.

Compare to renovated, beautiful and modern room design, entrance and lobby area seems a bit outdated.

Hotel is in front of a busy road, but due to good isolation (and airco) this does not disturb. Restaurant in hotel not appealing (we did not try) but enough options in nearby the town centre.

Breakfast was inadequate (hardly anything left when we arrived) poor quality. Staff resolutely avoided us until eventually we were able to get a coffee. I didn’t see an option to book without breakfast (on Booking.com), but if possible I would recommend having breakfast elsewhere (there are plenty of local options)

Gem of a hotel in a very picturesque alpine town. Amazing views from the bedroom balconies. Plenty to see in the area. Lots of eating and drinking opportunities for the overnight traveler. Very friendly helpful staff. The manager came out and helped me park in the hotel's very tight car park. Very nice Italian breakfast in the hotel's lovely restaurant.

Absolutely nothing.

Great location, 3 mintues walk from the center. Free hotel parking. Spacious room. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom. Hot water all the time. A lot of light in the room. (From different lamps)

On a main road, a bit noisy, but it didnt bother for one night. Modest breakfast, but had everything I need.

The hotel is big, even though a part of the dining hall was not in use, it didn't feel too empty. The room is large for a solo traveler and the view from the standard room is nice (roadside, mountains and river). Room was clean, staff was nice and the food was very good. There's a restaurant in het hotel. As a solo traveler, I liked that the staff gave me plenty of time to do some reading after I fiinished diner, without eyeballing me on leaving. Would go again if passing through.

There's some neglected maintenance on the overall building itself, and it shows here and there. Could use some love, but nothing too bad.

Although we left the do not disturb sign, we noticed that while we were out the staff have cleaned the room. Because we only received 1 card / room, if somebody remains in the room to sleep without card, it could be unpleasant if the sign for do not disturb is ignored It would be nice to have more variety at the breakfast

Beautiful hotel, extremely clean and spacious rooms. Excellent restaurant and close to everything Chiavenna has to offer. Beautiful view from our room too. Couldn’t fault it. Thank you for an excellent stay
