Great location, walking distance to ski lift + ski bus in front of the hotel in case you do not want to walk. Helpful staff, very good dinner, great quality of food, local specialities. Great sauna experience! Definately worth the price. Thank you and see you next year!

The hotel has a great infrastructure but still keep a familiar approach in terms of guest service. Not have much to talk about hotel, it has everything you can expect from a mountain facility and a bit more. You can trust, stay here and you will not regret.

An outstanding 3-star hotel in San Martino di Castrozza. The hotel is beautiful, the staff helpful and friendly - and the breakfast outstanding. This is a great base for exploring the Pale di San Martino area. A pleasant stay beyond expectations!

Location is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. parking is also very close from hotel.

heating system was not always working and sometimes during the night was a little cold. Pillows were not very comfortable. And about the breakfast is uncountable to ask the staff every time you need a bread or something hot (is not buffet)

The staff was super friendly, Kitchen served my wife vegan options in the breakfast which was pleasant. SPA was great. Our balcony was facing mountains which were mesmerizing. We may visit again.

The central location and the breakfast - vast choice of everything and they would cook you the eggs according to your own preference.

We stayed in a family room, the sofabed was really uncomfortable- we stayed only for a few nights I won’t imagine staying longer. There was no duvet as such but the bed was mad by using the sofa cover that was rather stiff and probably unhygienc as well. One day despite leaving early we did not get any room service which is always a bit annoying as you then have to ask for towels.. No amenities - We wanted to use the spa but would open only from 3pm at the reception they did not have the number nobody offered to make a reservation for us..the game room for the kid is not well equipped we found a ping pong in a garage without any proper light. The swimmingpool is a bathtub. We won’t be going back.

Hotel was selected based on the presence of wellness facilities. Only after arrival were we informed that none of these facilities were available because it was the last day of the season. Also, only at the last minute, were we informed that the car had to be off the premises before 10:00 AM.
