The accommodation is really good location front of the beach.

When I reserve on Booking.com for 2 adults and 1 kid the price was 84€,but on the owner of B&B want 30€more for the kid on the site.I paid 114€ but I don’t understand…Not feel correct.

The host managers, two friendly ladies, made a genuine effort to provide good service despite their limited English. They used body language effectively to ensure we understood everything. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. We also appreciated the free parking and the convenient location, which is only a 1.5-hour drive from both Venice and Bologna airport. The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two adults and two kids, which made our stay more comfortable.

There were a few inconveniences during our stay. The bathroom didn't have any shampoo, which was unexpected. When we arrived after 3 PM, no one was there to open the door, so we ended up waiting in the vehicle for almost 20 minutes. Once inside, the room wasn't ready, and we had to wait an additional 40 minutes before we could settle in. Although this wasn't a huge issue, it's worth mentioning. The breakfast was very basic, with the same offerings every day: toast with butter and some cheese, jam, croissants, sweet yogurt, water, and coffee. The area was also infested with mosquitoes, and unfortunately, the spray provided did little to help. Additionally, on Monday, everything in the vicinity was closed, including restaurants, so we had to drive about an hour just to find some food.

Warm welcome. Ideal for us as we had a dog and the room has its own entry from the garden. Its seconds away from a beach where dogs are allowed. The room was spacious and very clean. The large bed was comfortable and the area quiet so we had an excellent sleep. I would certainly return. Parking is on site in a secure car park. The whole area is within a secure fence.

Accomodation is really very close to the beach. The room was nice and big and was also equipped with a small refrigerator and a kettle with a choice of teas. We appreciated private parking and most of all mosquito nets on the windows.

Very lot of mosquitos. Thanks to good mosquito nets, we did not have problem inside, but it was not possible to sit on the terrace in the evening, which was a shame (that's not the fault of the accommodation, of course).

Very close to the see, nice, new building. Friendly owners. Every room has its separated path, ideal after Covid. Has a small "garden" to dry your clothes and outdoor meals. Nearby a forest with roes, really.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect with 2 minutes on foot to the beach.

A nice, clean and fully functional room, right next to the beach. Very friendly team. Effective aircon. Fully equipped kitchenette.

The breakfast is very Italian, for those of us from north of the Alps, a bit on the loght & sweet side... even with good cappuccino.

Very very quiet place. Good for transit through the south or for bikers. One big room with everything. Sea is very close. Biking paths are very close. The nature was great too. We met deers:-) Very good price/quality ratio.

The city is very small with a small number of restaurants, but a couple of them are close to the coast.
