The room was extremely spacious and the balcony overlooking the beach was great! Not only did the room offer a beautiful view of the ocean, old town and sunrise, it was great to sit out and people watch with a glass of spumante in hand too! Lots of good restaurants nearby. Very walkable area. (Note: no lift/elevator available for luggage but it was not a deal breaker for us). Breakfast was simple but enough to get the day started. Overall a wonderful stay.

We upgraded and went for the sea view on the corner room and it is totally worth it. You don't really have a private balcony since all the balconies for the rooms are connected, but since we were there off-season and didn't have neighbors, it was great. The staff were very helpful in getting us set up with a bottle of wine, glasses and an opener. They also kindly found a safe place to store our bicycles during our one night stay.

Breakfast is in the downstairs bar. It's the usual brioche and coffee. Yoghurt is offered, but it could easily be skipped. Otherwise - everything was great.

The location of the hotel is extremely good, right on the ground floor there is one of the best restaurants in the city, and there are dozens of them within a radius of a few hundred meters. But for bests you need to have a reservation, otherwise you will watch from a distance how others devour delicacies. This is a recommendation that you should do right after the check-in if you love fine dining.

You can't get close to the hotel by car, you need to drag the suitcase. There is no parking, and the hotel also does not have a contract with any car park so that it can get a cheaper price. Breakfast is poor.

What a gem of a place and with an ocean view too! The staff were extremely helpful in providing a secure place for our bicycles and assisting with our panniers to our room. Breakfast in the morning was more than the usual crossiant and really loved the fresh fruit. We also appreciate the opportunity to leave our bags after check out while we spent the morning exploring this delightful city. Our regret was not spending more days here and trying the restaurant. Thank you for everything!

A lovely family-run hotel in a great location in the town of Otranto. Our room was ocean-facing with a nice balcony. The bathroom was small but clean, the room was very comfortable and decor was nice. Breakfast in the restaurant on the main floor was good. Staff were very polite and helpful, especially with parking and check in.

The room was a bit small but worth it for the view and balcony! Have to park on the street as no parking on-site but not a problem as they helped us to find parking nearby.

The location of the property was excellent. The building is not new but it is we’ll maintained. The staff were all very professional and friendly. Breakfast was good (for an Italian breakfast). The town of Otranto is beautiful and I would love to return

Restaurant: The food is exquisite and very tasty. Here you can order traditional Pugliese food and the seafood is so fresh as if just picked out of the sea. The service is absolutely excellent. The waiters are extremely friendly and definitely know how to do their job. Quality-price relationship is a plus. Highly recommended. Hotel: Very clean. Rooms recently renovated, are very spacious and have all the amenities needed. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious too. The staff is ultra-friendly. The hotel is located in a perfect location by the sea and just a few metres away from the historical centre if the charming and lively Otranto. Definitely will return here and definitely will stay in this hotel again. Breakfast is also good. Highly recommended. I fell in love with the hospitality and friendliness of all those who work here.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed out of season the staff made us feel very welcome and could not do enough for us. The location was exceptional less than 100m to the old city. This place would be even better during high season. The beach and restaurants are just across the road. Highly recommend this motel.

The hotel was incredibly located - the first row on the coast, next to the beach and a 2 minute walk from the city centre. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was nice, lots of variety.

The breakfast could do with some improvement. It would be great if there was an option to have breakfast served at the outside seating section as the usual breakfast section was quite grim and not pleasant. The breakfast was a basic Italian breakfast. A few more savoury options would be great.
