So many things! The gorgeous view of the city, the hospitality, the room, the location and the property itself. Sergio and a young lady (perhaps Ilaria - not sure exactly of her name now) were outstanding. The best service I have ever received. It made our stay extra special.

We stayed in the apartment with rooftop terrace and it was WELL worth the additional cost - it was really a 3-story town house on it's own. The room was beautiful, the bathroom was great with an enclosed shower, AC worked great, the kitchen was well stocked, and the rooftop terrace was spacious with plenty of furniture and had fantastic views. The location is within the narrow walking-only streets of the old city, meaning you need to be able to carry your luggage to and from the parking, which was certainly a pain but well worth the location you get to stay in. We used the free parking lot that they provide and the directions to it were very helpful. The staff were incredibly helpful - they made us reservations for dinner, showed us how everything worked in the apartment, and were friendly throughout the stay. Breakfast was a very nice buffet. I wish we had stayed here longer!

Palazzo de Mori is more like a boutique hotel than a B&B. It's absolutely lovely, gorgeous view over the harbour, ideal location in the old town, big terrace for outdoor breakfast, everything spotlessly clean and staff friendly and helpful, with excellent English (my Italian is sadly patchy at best). I would definitely stay here again.

I suppose a hot breakfast option would have been a bonus, but that's not really a complaint. The existing cold options were more than sufficient.

I liked everything! The room was lovely , super clean , great space. My favourite part was the breakfast time at the balcony.. that was just perfect that you don’t want to leave. The view from the balcony is just astonishing and the staff is so friendly and welcoming! Also the breakfast was amazing! Just freshly baked pastries with all cheese and cold meat , fruit , everything ! It was also our honeymoon which they prepared a lovely surprise for us! We couldn’t ask for more. Grazzie Mille! Perfect location , large comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms . Staff were very friendly and accomodating . Terrace amazing for breakfast and to relax after dinner with amazing views . Ilaria , Sergio , Pina and all the staff looked after us and nothing was too much trouble . A perfect place to stay in what is an amazing city .

A beautiful room in a beautiful and impeccably maintained residence. The views were fabulous from both room (B3) and the gorgeous terrace.

The ‘Palazzo’ is located in the old town which has no direct car access. It does mean you will be required to get your own cases from a drop off zone to the location…this will be challenging for the elderly. A very clear map showing where to park temporarily in order to transfer your luggage would be helpful. Also a clear map, showing specifically where to park after dropping off luggage would also help.

I had stayed at Palazzo De Mori in 2019 and loved returning. This time had the HUGE junior suite which you could have moved into! Location is the big winner in the old castle ramparts in the historic centre, a stones throw from restaurants and the Castle. Breakfast on the harbour front terrace is magical and great value for a really varied sweet and savoury selection. An initimate and relaxing place to retire to at the end of the day. Shout out to Ilaria who was a lovely host.

Location close to everything. Breakfast was basic but did job. Great coffee. Room and bathroom was a good size. Breakfast area is excellent , would recommend putting up more umbrellas as in summer on roof top gets hot in full sun for breakfast. Lovely staff.

Just the umbrella for breakfast time from 8am in summer it is quite hot in full sun. With a great view for breakfast would like to sit back and enjoy.

The property has a lovely breakfast terrace with a view - in early April when it can be chilly it was perfect to soak up the sun. Breakfast was great too. Room was spacious, almost too spacious :D Otherwise the property does not really have a sense of style - I mean it’s super clean but otherwise sparse both in terms of design, room furnishings etc. Considering it is in the heart of old town it could really have a character but instead is comes across as a little sterile.

this has nothing to do with the hotel: owners and managers of pubs and restaurants in that area do need to go back to school and learn that loudly unnecessary stupid music kills the natural gift they have received from God for such a great view, food, ambiente they already have in such a great place
