The hotel spa and communal areas are absolutely stunning. It has a really lovely family-run feel and everyone is super friendly. It’s in a beautiful location and is ideal for visiting different parts of the Dolomites.

The hotel has a new and older building - the rooms in the older part are a little dated in comparison to the new ones which are stunning (we stayed in both).

Second time staying in the Junior Suite, and wow, again did it deliver. Two years between visits is too much. Still remains one of the best properties my partner and I have ever stayed at. The type of place where the service means they know you need something before you even do. Where nothing is an issue. Where there is ALWAYS a smile. The view from the balcony and jacuzzi remains quite literally, dollar for dollar, some of the best value in continental Europe. For the second time, we 'tried' to see the Dolomites. But alas, again, we spent 4 days inside the grounds of the Kolfuschgerhof. There is no point leaving the oasis. The food & wine available will blow your mind at each meal. If you need to unwind, this is the spot. Impeccable service, impeccable property, impeccable experience.

Literally nothing. There is nothing. You can't find anything wrong with this place if you tried.

We had excellent service throughout the hotel. Our waiter, Nabil, was pleasant and always had our cappuccinos ready in the morning. He also had gluten-free pastries ready on our table every morning, as well as an English newspaper to start the day. Having breakfast included in the morning is a must. Huge variety of food: cold cuts, cheese, eggs, yogurt, cakes, danishes, fresh juice, coffee, tea. Our rental car got stuck in the parking lot due to bad tires, and the hotel staff graciously pushed us out. We also had several questions, which Angelina and Cinzia at the front desk helped us with. We had a lovely sauna-ritual which was a unique and fun way to learn about local culture. The massages were also excellent after a long day of skiing. The food was 5-star quality. The desserts were also divine! And excellent options of celiac travellers. Will definitely be back.

Nothing to dislike! Everything was amazing

The view was spectacular, the location was perfect and the food was outstanding. Pay for the halfboard, it is very much worth it for the price.

At check-in, the staff informed me they only had single rooms in the old building. It was a tiny room with a balcony overlooking the eaves of the roof, without any view of the mountain, absolutely nothing. After some discussions, I received a room in the new building, without a balcony, but the window facing the garden and from where I could see some peaks of mountains. It was an unpleasant discussion, but I appreciated that they took that into account and were flexible in offering me something else so that I could have a pleasant vacation.

The hotel is very lovely - great location, beautiful views, and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were large and luxurious. The spa and pool areas were beautiful. The spa treatments were good, not excellent, but good. Loved the little library and all of the areas to sit by a fire/window, etc. Loved that I had the same table for all the meals.

Of the three meals I had, one of them was a little lacking, but the other two were pretty good. The outdoor pool could've been warmer. I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be a cold pool or hot jacuzzi, but it was cold out and I wished it was warmer. I wish there were non-feathered pillows available. I didn't call to ask, but I didn't find any in the room. I wish the bartender/cocktail list was a little better. I also wish the bar was more lively, but that's not the hotel's fault that the guests didn't want to hang out at the bar.

Amazing 5 star property, location , excellent food, and incredible staff! This place truly feels like home. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The rooms were comfortable, beautifully maintained, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The food was delicious, with a variety of dishes that made every meal enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, home-like atmosphere with top-notch service!

Stunning property and location. Incredible pool and spa. Great access to hiking.

Staff were at times inflexible and not eager to help. Food was tasty, but he restaurant was disorganized and if you chose not to eat their massive pre fixe, they would get flustered. The owner walked around constantly and the staff seemed stressed. No one offered to help with our luggage. Overall it felt like anytime we asked for something simple, we always felt resistance.

This resort is exceptional - it was a nice, restful break between Cortina and Ortisei in the Dolomites. We had a deluxe suite with an amazing view of the mountains. Even a sauna in the room! The staff were very friendly and the food was wonderful. Enjoyed the beautiful hike (45 min or so) through the fields of flowers to the cable car up to their restaurant at Col Pradat - amazing location overlooking the mountains and valley. They have an amazing spa - pools, saunas, gardens - all surrounded by incredible mountain views.

Honestly, this place was like out of a movie! The scenery, the food, the atmosphere - everything was just perfect. I’d definitely love to return. The staff was also very welcoming and always helping. The location was just perfect - close to so many hiking trails.

It’s not something I didn’t like but something I found a little bit weird - the still water during buffet dinner was not included in the price. I think it’d be good to have some type of drink, obviously water is the most convenient one, to be included in the price.

Overall outstanding. Warm, inviting, relaxing, lots of variety with two pools, a spa, several saunas, lots of areas to sit and relax and read your book. I spent several days living in my robe, moving from pool to pool to unwind from all the hiking. Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. To sit in a pool, surrounded by mountains and pine trees is marvellous.

The hotel should be adults only, it’s not nice to pay hundreds of dollars a night at a hotel where you are trying to relax and unwind only to be surrounded by screaming children at the pool and dinner and breakfast. I had asked the hotel 5 days earlier to organize an early check in and they said that was no problem and all arranged, but when I arrived they told me that that was not possible. The staff at the front desk seemed uninterested and mumbled every answer. The dinners were average for the price (€65 for full menu), but the staff in the restaurant were all outstanding.
