This is my second year staying here, for a week each time. This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at. You are made welcome the entire time. The lobby, room and restaurant are very pleasant, very appealing, and clean. The breakfast is great, very wide selection, and your coffee is made upon request, and it is good.

I got a single room. It was small, but it worked fine, and I cannot complain, because this is what I requested. If I return I will consider a larger room.

The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The breakfast room was very elegant and relaxing and displayed a selection of local products which was good. There were vegan options. The hotel was excellently situated but not easy to find with a Satnav as the hotel is in a pedestrian area. A local man in a bookstore very kindly came with us in the car and showed us how to enter the street where the hotel was from another direction. Once there the parking was free.

I disliked nothing.

Very classic Italian hotel in a charming small town. They had a very good, and good value breakfast, everything was very clean, rooms were up marble staircases (there is an elevator) and overlook the cobblestone streets which have many interesting shops, good restaurants and even an active little theater (crowds were seeing Peter Pan the weekend we were there). The hotel staff obligingly hauled bikes out of storage for us though apparently we were the only ones to ask for them in many years -- this is not a touristy place -- but caters to business people and Italian travelers on their way from one place to another. They have a nice bar downstairs with sidewalk tables and we enjoyed riding around the small town (there is a bike bath all along the perimeter) and on some Sundays there was a huge market that takes over the streets -- mostly a lot of the same flea market stuff you find at any of these things -- but also a awesome farmer's market component where we stocked up.

The assigned parking is in an underground garage which is fine (and pretty secure) but of course the sunday market means you can't load your car and check out easily -- not a big deal but if I was traveling alone it would have been an issue though I'm sure the staff would have come up with something.

The staff were outstanding, always cheerfully helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were spacious ans spotlessly clean. Unlike many hotels everything worked and was is good order. The hotel has clearly been carefully maintained.

We had no negative feelings but surprised that such a gracious comfortable hotel with a touch of a gentler less frenetic age functioned so well and was such a joy in which to stay

All of the staff were amazing! Kind, professional and very helpful! We couldn't get a taxi to a concert in Reggio and they went out of their way to help us! Even prepared a little takeaway for me, as I had an early train the next day. Lovely hotel, would definitely recommend.

Very nice and clean the breakfast was amazing every day

It is a bit far away from everything considering we went there for a concert a few kilometres away. The problem as such is just that public transport like buses and taxis are a bit scarce.

Beautiful bedroom and bath. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Definitely would not hesitate to stay here again Highly recommend to my friends and family.

The property more than fulfilled my expectations

This hotel is a gem. It is a true Italian experience from start to finish. Great reception staff. Lovely bed linens. Clean well- appointed bathroom. Great breakfast buffet in a very pretty dining room.

No negative comments

Lovely hotel in the center of Correggio. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was loaded with fresh fruit and pastries. Steps away from shops and gelateria.

A little confusing at first (for an American) that keycard needs to be in slot for lights/water/etc. to work.

A beautiful old hotel with charm. The place is palatial, the rooms are luxurious and the restaurant is very good. It is located in the center of a quaint town, a perfect stop to visit Modena or even Parma.

They claim to have an EV charging station, but that was actually a charger of the town in a parking garage that closes over night and charges with maybe 5kW. Fortunately we came early enough and only needed half a charge, but that took almost 10h. Imagine someone gets there too late or all empty and needs to stay 24h or more.
