The location is great. The staff very knowledgeable, great and lovely! Beautiful old villa. Easy parking.

This beautiful villa is a bit "long-in-the-tooth". It really needs serious upkeep and renovation. There are pieces missing in the old decorative parquet floors and the carpets are a bit thread-bare. Outside needs a serious paint job. I'm sure Covid did nothing for this property. It's a shame because it is a lovely, old villa...just really needs some TLC and LOVE!

Beautiful spot! Vintage and classy! Stayed in a 1 bedroom king bed with private bathroom. Property with sculptures around hotel and area to sit outside leisurely. No elevators for those who cannot go up stairs. We were happy to stay here after a long day visiting Venice, which hotel was about 26 mins away from Tronchetto parking. I recommend this spot!

No shower curtain and water splashes out, cleaned up mess with towel. Mini refrigerator wasn’t cold or may have not been working.

In this price category did not expect a lot, so I was really happy to get the authentic experience in old Italian villa with real history and garden, it was like staying in some museum. Ask for some history details! With car easy access.

Breakfast was not so great, like others here in bookings had mentioned also. Real turn down was some old food still served. Seems they do not care about the breakfast, yet,I would have paid the price without it included anyways. So just be aware what you put in your mouth, and enjoy the surroundings. House is not well maintenanced, and that is part of the experience.

Everything was perfect Federico & marco are very professional with warm welcoming every morning: they got best latte macchiato i have ever taste. great place to stay if you are escaping from noise and looking for a moment of serenity, beside good meditation to do in arms of nature as well too.

The only thing I didnt like is : that dog is on charge coz I have stayed 7 nights and my dog is small - medium so it would be better to reconsider payment according to the dog size . Many hospitality facilities in Italy they don't charge for dog or at least charge according to the size. Anyway in Veneto region I don't recommend bring your dog coz people aren't pet friendly yet.

All went well at Ducale hotel. They did not have a restaurant at present, but there are many places to eat in the village of Dolo 2km away. Even on Sunday, we found a very nice restaurant in the afternoon. The hotel itself is an old mansion and still has the flavor of the past. The owners are working to update various items, but the rooms are clean, well serviced, bathrooms are in good condition. The staff is very good. And yes the TV works. The breakfast is very good. Free parking also. No street noise either.

All was good and we have no complaints

Staying here was like traveling back in time and was very enjoyable. As befits an old villa, so was the facilities. It was really amazing for us.

There were no slippers in the room. The breakfast was delicious, but it is better to serve the croissants in a different way, because the croissants, which were constantly in the heat, were so dry that I could not eat them.

Large double bed (like 200 x 200cm), very good mattress and pillows, very comfortable. Great water pressure. Room was warm. Easy parking outside. Availability of very generous measures of Laphraoig on arrival.

Would be great to have organic fruit and other more esoteric breakfast materials. Although there was plenty of fine stuff there, müsli, croissants and pastries, ok fruit juice.

The hotel is a gem of traditional venetian style. Partly a bit tired in details but overall charming and stylish. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean, beds were very comfy. The breakfast lacks fresh items, particulary it definitely lacks fresh bread and buns. All bread type are pre-packed as are most of the cheeses ad other breakfast items !!

Fresh bread for breakfast would be a great achievement. Glasses were missing in the room, a complimentary bottle of water would be welcome.

Large size room with much light. Extremely gentle and very well disposed staff. Great location for visiting Veneto, Vicenza, Verona and Padova - even Ravenna - and for sailing the Brenta river

Really beautiful villa, we liked it a lot, it really is something else and it definitely has a special charm. The garden is also very beautiful. The room was small, but nice, everything as advertised. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Especially the staff are all really nice, helpful and easy-going. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel and it takes around 30 minutes to get to Venice. I definitely recommend this place!
