We were upgraded(not easily) to a large suite with a beautiful view to the river. The room was large, and the bathroom very nice. Breakfast was different and great. Marco was very nice. It was very close to Bard fortress. The Spa was great

Access was a bit hard, but there was a convenient parking area you have to drive to, and then, an easy passage through a bridge to the hotel.

Charming hotel in historic medieval town ... room was large with bonus sitting area (set up with day bed). All felt recently renovated and of high quality.

Room wasn't ready at 4 pm check in ... after a gentle suggestion, lovely front desk staff offered free use of spa area so we could freshen up. Room layout quirky, but fine - dim lighting was more of a challenge. Saw a few cobwebs in the corners but otherwise very clean. A friend was travelling with us and didn't have air conditioning (critical in this heatwave) but was moved on the second day (at her request) to an aircon room.

Nicely renovated, historic building. Great spot to see the bard castle. Great restaurant in the ground floor.

Breakfast was a bit below expectations for a 4* Hotel with a great restaurant (No vegetables, no freshly prepared food)

I really, really enjoyed my two night stay at this hotel. The staff, the room, the spa, and the restaurant were all excellent. It is a great place to stay when visiting the Fort of Bard.

Everything about my stay was fabulous. The people here were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I ate dinner twice at the restaurant and the food, service and ambiance was great. Breakfast was good too. My room was roomy and comfortable. The location easy walking distance from the train station and the Fort Bard. I didn’t use the spa but I was given a tour and it looks intimate and relaxing. I would love to return.

I liked everything but a little shelf in the bathroom to put things would might be considered.

Staff are Amazing! So good to see people who love their job from reception to breakfast staff an absolute credit to them. The room and the hotel has sooo much character and atmosphere

parking but really the hotel is worth the effort ❤️

The location was great. Staff and restuarant were very good.

The only problem was that the WiFi was very poor.

Stayed here before en route to our house in Italy. Its location is ideal. It’s In a great little town and a nice secure car park close by

Amazing hotel. Very beautiful rooms, well situated near the train station and Bard Castle. The staff was very frendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel 100%!

best Hotel i booked in Aostavalley so far. very nice rooms, comfi beds, nice stuff and nice spa! unfortunately the restaurant was closed on a monday but it looks very nice.
