The property was superb, every comfort has been thought of; even to providing fresh lemon in the room if guests want that for their tea. The decor of the whole property was very chic. Fabrizio was the perfect host, giving helpful advice and even parking our car for us! He is proud of his property and this is is evident in his service! Breakfast was outstanding with much of the fresh fruit from Fabrizio’s own garden. Fabrizio is correct - this property has the best shower in Enna (in Italy would be my guess)!

Nothing could improve this outstanding accommodation

The building is spectacular and it has been refurbished with great taste. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and with a balcony and a window. Fabrizio has been a great host, he helped me with an issue with my car and gave great indications to continue our journey to Catania.

If you come by car, it is ok to leave it in the paid parking (blue area). It is only 0.60 cents the hour until 20.30 and Sundays are free. We only paid 1.90 euros for half a day and had enough room to park it. The streets going to the b&b are very narrow and difficult to drive to even with a small car.

Excellent service, including a pickup we hadn't even asked for! The room is amazing with the best shower ever, Netflix Amazon plus etc, super comfy bed, sparkling clean, extra bottles of water, candy, toilet amenities and wonderful design. Close to everything you want to visit in upper Enna and the owner takes his time to provide useful info and gets out of his way to make sure you're comfortable. Kudos for the high quality breakfast, too. If you're reading this, just book. Best accommodation we had in Italy, hands down.

Even if you look hard, it's impossible to find something to complain about.

Fabrizio was a fabulous host. He met us at the agreed time to let us in, talked us through what to see do and where to eat, and was very friendly. The building is quirky and very tastefully designed, the room is a fabulous size with everything you could need. Breakfast was great, and the coffee Fabrizio made was fantastic. Overall excellent value.

We personally found the mattress a little hard, if we had been staying another night we might have asked for a topper. We didn't manage to get the air-conditioning on, but again as only one night we were happy to open the windows for air. However these are tiny points that don't detract from a brilliant b&b which was fabulous in all ways.

If you want to stay in Enna, this is the perfect place to stay. Location is brilliant, quiet but nearer to all the main attractions. Enna is a beautiful place to be. The standard of accommodation is exceptionally, the renovation of this old building is tastefully done. The owner goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and his breakfast is amazing, not to mention the wonderful coffee! This place is special, you will not get better! It is so obvious this guy has been involved in the jotel trade, all those little special touches are there to enjoy.

This stay was just awesome, every little attention to detail was spot on - it was like a 5 star hotel and so stylish. Clean, smelt fantastic when we walked in, comfortable, great location and a fantastic shower! Fabrizio was so helpful, friendly and professional and gave us great tips for food ( Ristorante Centrale very nearby was really delicious) and what to see. Breakfast was outstanding - everything you could think of was available and delicious. Your accommodation is a credit to you Fabrizio, thank you again🙂

I was travelling by bicycle and arrived at the BnB when the stores and restaurants were all closing for Christmas Eve. However, Fabrizio very kindly made special arrangements with the owner of a catering service to prepare a dinner for me that i was able to pick-up right away. Thanks to him I had a nice dinner on Christmas Eve. This is more like a very nice boutique hotel than a BnB. Professionally decorated with style, my room was very large and cozy. The shower was awesome, large and tons of hot water. The breakfast is very good with salty, sweet and healthy options. Extremely pleased with my overnight stay.

Superb breakfast and the most helpful, lovely owner who came to help us extricate our hire car from a very narrow alleyway that the tom tom had led us up! The room was superbly furnished and the bed very comfortable. Great bathroom. The owner bends over backwards to be helpful and explained all the tourist places to see as well as where to eat. We wish him all the best - the host with the most!

Everything was perfect but be aware that you cannot park a large car outside the property

Of all our accomodations in Sicily this was by far the best. It is like a little boutique hotel. Newly renewed in 2021/22 and designed by an architect, it is modern and cosy at the same time. It was the cleanest of all the appartments we visited, absolutely spotless. The bathroom is more than beautiful with a spacious walk-in shower that makes showering an enjoyable experience. The breakfast was very good. Not only typical Italian. There were also ham and cheese, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, lambs lattuce, eggs and lots of fruits. A nice start to a new day. The bed was excellent. I have a problem with too soft beds, but this one was firm and comfortable. The location is in the very centre of the old town an our host Fabrizio helped us with the parking (which turned out to be free). Fabrizio was kind and helpful. What I liked most and what we really felt during our stay is that he is doing this not only for the money but with a true desire to make his guests feel good. The whole B&B is not just put together to earn money but to really make people enjoy the stay. Every detail is thought through. I trully regret that we stayed there only one night.

Everything was perfect.

Locanda Susuiusu has a very good location, with 5-15 walking distance to all atractions in Enna. The old building has been renovated and has modern style and equipment. I liked an electronic access to the room and front door :-). Super friendly owner Fabrizio send all the destination’s details ahead of our arrival and also booked with his car a parking place on a street. Parking is free, but you can’t find a place easily. One tip - when coming to Enna and other cities in Sicily use small or midsized cars.
