Francesco and Carmela were so helpful. We got a bit lost and Francesco was at the end of the phone immediately and sent me a pin on google maps. The BNB is in the most gorgeous location with a stunning view of the bay. A lovely pool and lots of sun loungers around if you have time to chill. The fridge was stocked with drinks which we could buy, very inexpensive. We made ourselves a picnic one night as we were too tired after wandering ruins to go out, They said to go ahead, very relaxed! Nothing was a problem for them, they gave us tips on where to park the car and where to eat. We highly recommend Loli Vesuvio.

The location, the quality of the accommodation (very clean and stylish), but for sure Francesco. He is the best host that you can wish for. This is a great hidden gem, everything was amazing. Thanks for everything!

Everything was just perfect

Staying at Francesco's was an absolute highlight of our time in Napoli. The property is huge. Large outdoor area to sit and have the wonderful included breakfast. Lots of parking on site. View of Vesuvio on one side and the sea on the other. Facilities are excellent. I was ablke to pick and eat fresh and delicious oranges and mandarins right off the tree. Francesco also helped us purchasing tickets for Vesuvio and Pompeii and had excellent suggestions for other sites and restaurants in the area

This place is absolutely beautiful. We had such a great time here and the host were super friendly,curtious and helpful 😀 This B&B is out of the way so it is important that you have transportation as taxis do NOT operate at night , leaving those with out transport isolated. Under the B &B there is a coral factory... a tradition passed on through many generations... the lady was so welcoming and kind to both me and my daughter 💗 A nice discount was given to us as guests too. Many thanks for a unforgettable stay. We will be back

Francesco, our host was very good, friendly, helpful. I a word, GREAT! We live in Umbria, so we know a bit about Italian food, however Francesco's local restaurant recommendation, KBirr, was outstanding. It is a good 10 minutes drive from the accommodation...just book a table, do not hesitate!!!

We were there in January and when we arrived, the room was cold / unheated. While we switched on the heating immediately on arrival, it took most of the evening to heat up the room. I would suggest Francesco and team, to switch on the heating at least four hours before the ETA of guests.

It was realy amazing everything❤️❤️❤️Our first staing in Napoli - the family was very very friendly, the place piecefull and charming - the reality was better than on the pictures!!!🙏🎀 And the pictures are very nice😉We had a beautiful apartman with terasse and wiew on Vesuvio, sea and swimingpool - it was absolutely one of the most pieceful and charming places here in this part of Italy. And very good for visiting Pompei, Vesuvio and also Capri and Amalfi coast. We will come back for sure🙏🎀

Wonderful views - sea in front, Vesuvius behind. Very communicative staff, before we arrived, and very helpful in organising transport logistics for us, airport pickup, our trip to Vesuvius and on to the train station. Ideal location just near the bus stop on the road to Vesuvius entrance. Comfy room and very clean everywhere. Delicious breakfast on the lovely terrace, with lots of options, including fruit, fresh pastries and savoury items. Very friendly people and friendly cat!

We had a great short stay at B&B Ioli Vesuvio. Even before we arrived, Francesco had messaged us to ensure we had clear directions and knew how to get there. On arrival the room and property exceeded our expectations. Francesco was very helpful, including giving us recommendations and directions for dinner. The room was clean and compfortable and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. the views over the Bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvious are an added bonus.

First of all: the view! It was amazing! Seeing from Sorrento to Capri to Napoli, the views were best thing of this place. Next was of course Francesco and Carmela and their amazing hospitality! They were super helpful in every way. They prepared a lovely local dinner one evening and their breakfast was adequate. In fact, last morning they added nice bacons to it! As we were driving from the NL, we had some dirty clothes by the time we arrived here and they were kind enough to let us use the washing machine in another room before it got changed to the new guests. And even better, they gave us 10 local lemons from their garden to make our own limoncello when we get back when I asked for their recipe! 😍 Other than that, the room was very large, had a bathtub, a bidet, a good airco, and a fridge. So it met the expectations. It had a free private car park. It was outside city as I was hoping for and expecting, which was great. Plus it was quite nea to Pompeii and 5 min away from Ercolano excavations.

If I have to find something at all, it would be the bed. It was comfortable but could be better. It was rolling us into the middle a bit but not a very big issue. Also I'm not sure if this is an issue or not because I could use the pool only for once due to bad weather but the pool tasted a bit sourish instead of usual chlorine taste. But it might be due to heavy rains, I'm not an expert on it.

The staff was absolutely the best! Carmela and Francesco were so helpful during our stay. (Make sure to message them if you have any questions about transportation or anything. They will help you!) It was HOT and after a long day in Pompei the pool and the Spritz were just what we needed!! The room was spacious and the bathroom was large and clean. The property and the view were beautiful! The morning breakfast on the patio was wonderful and we even had a home cooked dinner there, which was one of the best meals we had during our entire trip to Italy!! We even loved the offerings at the Coral Factory. Definitely don’t forget to visit it while you are there. There are many truly beautiful items there. We got lots of gifts to bring back home. We loved absolutely everything, including the cats!!
