The location is great to go to Pompei, Sorrento, Naples. Nice restaurants and groecry store and market couple of blocks away. The staff is nice and neighbours were friendly.

Breakfast could be rearranged by simply putting breakfast items for customers in their fridge and making coffee machine available for all for their own use. There was some stress around breakfast although I liked the way they set it up in a special room. Shower is very small and for slim people and it might be an issue for some people to get in the cabin. The chairs in the kitchen were cheap and not safe to sit on, would be nice to change them.

Location was AMAZING. The place was nice and clean. Overall nice experience, if we neglect the water in the shower and noises.

Hot water in the shower didnt work. It was cold for a few minutes, then it was boiling hot for a minute and back to freezing. We told the owner, he came to check on it in 5 minutes time (so that is a big +) buuuut when he came, it was the minute of hot water time, and he didnt understand when i told him that after a minute it goes freezing cold again. Also there were random noises all through the night...

Clean and comfortable room with typical italian breakfast. If you travel by car and want to park in the yard, keep in mind that the entrance to the gate is very narrow, but our Mercedes C class was able to pass😄

Rooms was nice renovated but not mentained properly. Parking is narrow, no big cars can get in, but is big plus to have it there. Breakfast was good.

Reserved room wasn't ready whem we come, host put us in separeted rooms, then we need to move in other room next day. Bathrooms didnt have toilet seats. Shelf on wall almost felt down when I tray to put phone for charging. Rooms was too much noisy.

Stuff is great, good comminication. Room was simple, clean and clean. Breakfast is simple with croassant, coffee, toast, juice... Good money for value.

Good for Pompei and Sorrento vsit, but 10 min from the train station to Nappli center. Not too bad.

Clean and comfortable room. The room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels were provided everyday. Very friendly and helpful owners and personnel. Located at walking distance from the Herculaneum archeological site and the subway station (Circumvesuviana). Affordable and good location from where to explore Herculaneum / Napels and Vesuvius / Pompeii / Caserta / boat to Capri - that is, for adventurous travellers who don't mind travelling with bus, train and subway. Good restaurants in the neighbourhood (e.g. Papamonte, Umami, …).

The breakfast was good, but there could have been a bit more variation during a ten days stay. There was sometimes noise from outside (the street), but that doesn't really matter if you are exhausted from walking and visiting places the whole day long and you are falling fast asleep ;-)

It was super close to Herculaneum so selected it for that reason. hot water for showering. loved the chatter of the neighbours.

sea view/balcony there wasn’t one. walls are very thin…Room next door - heard every word of their conversations….of which there were many and late.

Amazing location, lovely staff, comfortable bed and great room.

The shower was quite small, hard to wash without hitting the tap. But really not a problem.

Very tight parking area which owner obliged to park for us. Very poor breakfast.

The room was very nice and newly refurbished. Bathroom was spacious and the shower was big. Bed was comfy and WiFi strong. We also enjoyed the breakfast. 😊 Host was nice and we managed to communicate even though he didn't speak English - fortunately we all have smartphones with Google translator these! days...

It took a while till the hot water flowed, but that was only a minor inconvenience. Also, you need to count with noisy neighbourhood during the day as it is an Italian suburb area.
