Pretty masseria, with large grounds and a very nice pool area. Breakfast was very good. Majority of the staff was very competent and friendly. Our room had its own pool which was a nice touch although we ended up not using it much.

I found that overall the place did not quite match the type of service you expect from a 5 star hotel and price tag. Some of the younger staff seemed uninterested in the guests. Our room was at the edge of the property which meant either a trek through roughly gravel path or waiting for a ride on the property golf carts. Not sure why the grounds were not more adequately paved? The kids club, while in a nice location, was not really fit for purpose as the two child minders did not seem interested or able to speak English and so could not really engage with the non Italian children around. Finally, some of the recommendations from the staff (restaurants, beaches) were really not suitable for the quality expected of a 5 star hotel.

Where do I even begin? From the moment we stepped onto the property, we felt so welcomed and treated with the utmost care and kindness. The masseria’s attention to detail is superb. Our stay exceeded our expectations 100000x over. We enjoyed the abundant free breakfast, the relaxing pool and cabana bar, and the on-site spa. The shuttle service that took us to and from the beach club was a huge plus, as well. We enjoyed meeting every staff member that helped us during our stay, and we would definitely come back!

Truly nothing! I tried really hard to think of something but we enjoyed every aspect of our stay here and we wish we stayed longer, honestly!

The breakfast included at the masseria had an excellent quality of fresh and natural options and such an amazing variety, one of the best hotel breakfasts i have ever experienced anywhere.

Amazing place, such a nice staff, so polite and comprehensive. Great facilities and wonderful restaurant. Breakfast is great too. Yard and all the hotel area are very well maintained.

People used to Australian beaches will also be used to the disappointment of the European beaches. If you're desperate for a swim, the hotel pool is better than the rows of sun beds and pretty average sand and water, without the need for a shuttle to get there.

The staff, The rooms the nature the beautiful design the atmosphere of the incredible Italian country side. To top it all Puglia’s beautiful weather and food and hospitality. My home away from home. Will be back for sure

Superb experience!!!! Extremely beautiful and lovely Southern Italian vibes. Room is comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is delicious and with many options. Staff are very kind and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.

The team were so lovely and amazing with the kids! Size of the hotel area was perfect for our kids as they could explore without us and couldn’t get lost.

More salad and veg at the dinners, but the food is amazing!
