Since there were hardly any other guests during our 5-night stay (early September), we had the pool and the restaurant to ourselves. The staff - reception and breakfast - was very friendly and accommodating.

While probably a lovely event venue, this is NOT a hotel in the traditional sense, much less a 5-star property; they're just accepting guests in between events, and using the property to promote the owner's wine & jewelry businesses. Though clean & trendy, it provides none of the special services or amenities expected of a 5-star property - all those "little things" that "make the difference" are missing. For example, nothing to welcome you to the hotel or the room, only one chair in the spartan "Deluxe Double Room w/Sea View," no printed breakfast menu, no exhaust fan & poor lighting in bathroom, no bedside floor mats, non-sustainable toiletries, no poolside service (not even an ashtray!), and the grounds were terribly maintained (weeds everywhere).

This is by far the best hotel I have seen in the last year or two (out of about 100-120 where I have stayed). Those who need to stop for the night on their way through Italy will not find a better place. Those looking for a relaxing, secluded getaway will find exceptional views, comfortable rooms and fantastic staff. Those who did not intend to come here at all should come at least for the sake of real "haute" cuisine.

v disappointing breakfast, had no idea if it was buffet or what was available. no bread given, what a disappointment considering the previous lunch and dinner had been great. the room was very small as well

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Pleasant surroundings. Nice selection of wines and local products to buy and take home. Massage by Regina at the spa was excellent.

Villa Lattanzi is a chique hotel located in a large park, a restaured static building with views on the Adriatic sea. Comfort, restaurant and reception are of high standard, what you can expect from a 5* hotel. Not cheap, but anyhow value for money. Extra asset is the brand new outside swimming pool with stunning view towards the sea. Special remark for the restaurant. We enjoyed the fine cooking and the local wines made by the owners of the Villa. Although the rooms are very quiet, once outside you hear a continuous background noise of the motorway (but somehow you get used to it and they cover it with bossanova and jazzy music). Some oranizational point could be improved such as towels for the swimming pool and we’ve noticed at breakfast and dinner that certain orders (e.g. for drinks) had to be repeated. Nothing really annoying, but you would expect better for this level of hotel. But these are only small remarks, we were very satisfied with the friendlyness of the staff.

We stayed 3 nights at Villa Lattanzi and it perfectly matched what we were looking for: luxury Place surrounded by nature, full of facilities from very good restaurant to wellness and swimming pool, and perfectly located in the middle of Marche region. The hotel is hidden in the woods in a relaxing area, a few minutes from Torre delle Palme and the see. Awesome atmosphere at this historic fully renovated Villa and plenty of opportunities to have a romantic walk in the nature or a bath in the lovely swimming pool with view to the see. Restaurant is awesome, managed by a young talented Chef, awarded by Michelin. Staff were very kind and helpful in suggesting tours, experiences and other activities to fully enjoy the wonderful region of Marche.

It was such a pleasure to stay here. The design and service was superb. It felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. The restaurant serves spectacular food. We will definitely come back.
