The cleanliness, comfort, staff, and location of this hotel was wonderful. The shower was amazing!! It was so easy to reach by car coming back to the city for the night before flights, and it’s very close to the airport. There are nearby restaurants, and a grocery store. It’s easy walking too.

The ONLY downside was the hotel airport shuttle was for a fee. It was 8 euros per person if you used the hotel shuttle. It is more economical to use a taxi service if your group is more than 3 people. Also, the shuttle does not begin early enough for those having very early flights (ex: 7:00) so the only choice is to use a taxi service for those. The hotel staff is REALLY helpful and easily arranged a taxi ride for the part of our group that had an early flight.

Simple and small hotel very close to the airport. It was less than half of the price of the hotels inside the airport. Good room and bathroom, it had even a bathtub (but we didn't use that as we were in a hurry)! Kind staff, arranged shuttle for us, helped us when we locked ourselves out of the room too. They instructed us about the taxi too, informing the price.

Breakfast was poor, we were the only 4 people and there were only 3 croassaints as bread options. There wasn't even a salty bread, only sweets and a toast (my father is diabetic and couldn't eat anything)! They serve you one coffee so looks like you can't repeat, there is no fruits. It was ok for the price (5 euros). The same person is in charge of reception, serving breakfast, cleaning and everything, this can be hard sometimes. But ok for a night.

Good place to stay prior to an FCO flight. Close to "restaurant row" on the canal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was utilitarian, but clean. The bathroom was large and recently refreshed. We didn't purchase breakfast, but the price was very reasonable. There was no coffee in the rooms, but the breakfast staff kindly provided us with two Americanos to enjoy while we packed.

Arrival instructions for shuttle from FCO state that you can call upon arrival and a shuttle will be sent in 10-15 minutes, but you actually have to wait for the next scheduled shuttle, which seem to be about 45 minutes apart. Also, the instructions are unclear. They should state exit the airport and cross the street at the sign for hotel shuttles outside door 4. The "number 1" for the waiting area is a 12" circle painted on the pavement that cannot be seen from the walkway to the shuttles, and would easily be obstructed if a vehicle was parked. There should be a sign visible from a distance.

They don't provide any complementary food items here.

In a great location --close to the airport and within walking distance of the river and ocean. Lots of great restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. nearby. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The airport shuttle service was great, and much more affordable than a taxi.

The room was comfortable enough, although simple. Could use a bit of maintenance-- peeling paint and caulking, broken soap dispenser in the shower, etc. No cleanliness issues, just some cosmetic and functional fixes that could have improved the space!

This property is very great for what you pay. you get the essential things needed when staying for a night or two at an excellent value. If you aren’t someone who needs great views or wow factor rooms I’d say it’s perfect for basic needs and easy access to the airport. The beds are clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Having stayed at a 5 star hotel prior to checking in here I will say it’s not luxurious by any means. But, at least you have peace of mind you won’t miss your flight or hit any traffic getting to the airport.

No cell phone service at all. You have to rely on WI-FI the hotel provides.

They advertise shuttle service to and from airport but it's really only to airport from hotel. From airport there is only a general bus line that goes to local hotels, and they don't all go to the Academy and they don't come that frequently. Local Fiumicino taxi service is difficult to find at the airport. Getting to the hotel from the airport was a frustrating experience.

The man at the reception and the service was excellent!. The room size was clean big and comfort , The distance from the airport to the hotel is something like a 10 minute drive provide you a shuttle transport from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport for 10 euro and that is much cheaper than taking a taxi that cost at least 25 euros, but the shuttle working only from 6:00 to 22:30 so for late flights you will need to order a taxi... In my case I had a night flight and the man at the reception suggested that while I was resting in the room he would order me a taxi from a company he knows for the time I need and thus I would not have to worry about that and even came out with to wait to him.

there was no soap at all in all the room but even though I didn't have soap in the room, the man at the reception at that moment took care of it and went and brought it to me immediately .There was no free electrical outlet so I had to disconnect one of the bulbs at night to charge my phone

24 hours check-in was a very important point as we arrived at night. Close to the airport. Worth the money, I guess. There is also a private parking. The location was close to the car rental agency where we took a car, so it was convenient.

Think twice wether to take breakfast at the hotel. Cookies/croissants, yogurt, boiled eggs and apples for 5 euro per person. Actually, it’s a standard breakfast for Italy, but not for my family.

Location is excellent, beds are comfortable and it is clean. Great seafood restaurants just meters away.

My sole complaint is that I'd like a place to hang my towel within reach as I finish my shower. Not a big issue but it's nice to grab the towel before stepping out of the shower.
